What a bad service. I wanted to replace the battery of my watch. First they said i had to come the next day. After i asked her why? She went to the back and when she came back she told me they could check it. After 30 minutes she came and told me that there was another problem and i had to pay much to fix it (i understood, but did not want to pay for that). She gave me back my watch and it was more broken then before. Although they have a big choice of watches. I will never buy there because i don't trust them.

A gift bought from this place for my wife from her colleague which is an Aigner Barletta watch and she shrink it the strap right there so it suit with wife's hand. A couple days gone by, and somehow some parts of the watch suddenly loose at somewhere. We bring it back to the shop after previously contact by phone hopping that someone could repairing it, or if they have some spare parts we could buy separately. but they have no any spare part of this watch they sold to. There is no solution, they don't want to take any responsibility and leave it like that.

Dreadful service, disinterested and ridiculous price level. The first thing they will say is the (enormous) price, immediately followed by 'no warranty'... Avoid!

Worst customer service.
Pelayanan kurang baik, SPGnya emak emak semua. Jutek jutek. Ga bisa senyum. Pada main hape didepan customer.
Koleksi jam cukup banyak.
