I've been here 3 times and stay at the exact same room. I forgot what the room category I was staying in. But the room is spacious, it has sofa, and the bathroom which has bathtub with big window is a plus when you want to see a sunrise while relax your self on the bath tub. The cons is there are no view from this hotel only a dirty river. The rate is good too. I got special price on booking. Com hope I can stay there again.

Very friendly staff, good massage spa, small but nice pool, nice cozy rooms and good breakfast and restaurant. Management take extra care of the customers needs. Would recommend even if it's a bit further from the bigger shops etc.

Ballroom suitable for events. Water heater, swimming pool, restaurants, hair salon, cafe, convenient store available. Serves good food. Spacious room and bed. 20 mins taxi ride from hotel to Kuta Beach. 8/10 would stay there again. Amazing for families.
