I did some shopping few minutes back from this store (around 4:30am, on 01/09/2016) . This check out guy named HADI (as on his ID) served me a total bill of 220,000 IDR. I gave him 300,000 IDR and he returned me my change without a bill receipt. I insisted him to give me my bill receipt. First he said the printer was not working but then he opened the printer and pretended to fix it and hesitatingly gave me a receipt. As I was walking out of the store and counting my change I found that he only gave 40,000 IDR change when he was suppose to give me 80,000 IDR. I got suspicious and checked my bill and found the top portion of the bill was missing. Three items had 25,500 IDR on the product and he priced it 39,000 IDR each on the bill. When I added up the whole bill in my calculator (pricing those items for 39,000 IDR each) but the bill only added up to a total of 160,000 IDR only. I went back to this check out guy (HADI) and told him to return my money and take those items off that he overpriced for. He knew what he did so he took those items back and gave me the rest of the change but still he gave me 30,000 IDR less then what he should. He also refused to give me the new bill receipt and claimed there was some problem cancelling previous bill and giving me a new bill. It seems to me this guy is very dishonest and has been stealing for a long time from this shop and its customers. Im quite sure if this store performs a stock count many things would be missing.

Got robbed of 80,000 RP by the guys working at night shift. My total was 26,000, I accidentally gave them 120,000 (20+100) when I thought I gave them 30,000 (20+10), and they gave me back 40,000. It was only a few minutes later when I realized it had happened because I was missing my 100. I don't feel it was a mistake because it took them nearly an entire minute of talking between them to give me back my change and I wasn't paying enough attention because I was distracted by my girlfriend. Pay close attention.
