While I stay, I didn't met a bug as reviewer told but yeah the shower did't work properly. Friendly staf, location (near airport), wide balcony & the pedestrian is the most think I love staying here. You have potential hostel if you upgrade the bathroom & cleanliness.

Don’t stay here. The place is filthy, half of the facilities are out of order, and they were definitely spraying for bedbugs in one of the dorms which was closed so they could “fix the reading lamps”. My friend and I were both assigned bunks that hadn’t been cleaned. The lady who checked us in literally removed a used blanket and some trash from the bed right in front of me and then gave it to me. The only reason this place has any good reviews is because they offer a free night if you leave one. Don’t be fooled. Just stay somewhere else.

I didn't really enjoy my night there... Didn't feel too safe... Sleeping on the third story of a triple bunkbed was not a pleasant experience at all, there's absolutely no storage in the very dark room, toilets facilities are mediocre, and I couldn't understand what they were saying about paying some extra fees etc. Would not go back...

Good quality low cost hostel with superb guest service. Some facilities don't work well, it may be crowded at high season with diverse guests coming from various countries. The only thing you will benefit from staying here is that it is located nearby Kuta beach and marketplace, very strategic actually.

heap but expecting a good night sleep turned out to be nightmare.
Bed bugs dominated my night in this so called bedbunkers.
I reported to the manager in the morning, instead of receiving apology like normal hospitality in Bali, she blamed the backpackers who she accuses to have brought in the bugs into the bed. It is so humiliating and
She might forget that she earns living from the backpacking customers.
The funny thing is, she also said i am the only one who complain about the bugs, i have asked some other guests they all said to have experienced the bugs attack.
I think this female manager Focuses the most attention to her look instead of the her Job.
Besides i also found hair on the blanket the receptionist gave me.
I still have the photo of the very unique and aggresive bugs.

Well, I stayed one night to catch a flight and my experience was not a good one here. First have to mention that the staff is very friendly and helpful. The hostel terrace is also very nice. But that’s pretty much it. A very nice beach walk path nearby though. Attention on the wooden stairs, they are dangerously loose at entry. Watch your steps. Cleanliness in bathroom and toilet not good. The shower had less water which stopped while me and others have been using shower (seperate cabins of course ;)
I couldn’t sleep due to bed bugs. Since this is my first experience with these insects I didn’t want to believe first, stayed in bed until the tickle on my body was too much. Reached out and got one in my fingers, the beasts are so stinky I tell you that. Puuuh. Got up and saw at torch light that the entire bed was covered with blood spots and bed bugs 🕷 running all over it. Showered, cleaned my clothes and left. Funny was that a guy who wanted to check in told me he saw many people coming out at night and scratching themselves. Seeing me too with a bug on my shirt he left immediately. Sorry but the hostel could be a really really good one if you clean it and maintain it guys! Also the broken water spender and other items. It’s a pitty. I may sound negative but please take the critic as a motivation to built up your place. It has great potential to be one of the best hostels if you care about it.

Near from airport and kuta beach. The staff is friendly. Suitable for backpacker. Feel like home. Toilet is good. But there is bedbugs in my bed.

I lost my charger and balinese sarong when i stayed there. The staff think i was looking for a foreigner guy when i stayed there which being the cheapest dormitory was the reason i came here. The owner, asian looking men, whos speak dutch talked to me in the first day. He was nice though.
The room was standart. They got a hot water which is a plus.

the bed is nice but what i don't like is the bathroom and comfort room, very smelly and dirty but the hostel is very affordable and good location it is near waterbom and discovery mall and restaurants.

Unless you enjoy cleaning all your posessions for hours or transmitting pests to all you future hostels, stay away from this place!! As nice as everything else about it is...

As all the hostels i ve stayed in, the most important thing is the people who surround you. Great ambience and staff!

Both mine, my husband, and my bunk mate's supporting bed planks busted. Not comforting when you're on the third bunk 20 ft in the air. There's about 1'x4' gap right at the head of the bed below the outlet which makes it exceptionally easy to drop a phone. There's no closed sides to the bunks which also makes it exceptionally easy to shove things off the sides. Nothing is safe on these bunks. On top of that, the bunks are all so close that you can't even walk between them straight on. You have to turn your body which makes it pain to climb the ladders sense your butt is racking against the other bunks. It's easier to use the adjacent bunks as a "ladder" rather than the ladder itself. They're 12 beds per room so prepare yourself for interrupted sleep all night. Oh and of the three showers I tried, one had a door that didn't lock and the other didn't work at all. The wifi password was changed three times within a week.
The staff is nice though and it's dirt cheap in a good location.
