One of the WORST Honda Service Center I've ever visited. The mechanics are so cocky, the service advisors are not friendly at all (and for your info, the service advisors are ALWAYS underestimate your problems) and only giving generic solutions that not solving the problems at all. I tried trusting them with all my bikes and not even single of them ended well.
One of the worst experience I've ever had, the service advisor rejected my request to re-test my motorcycle after going there THREE TIMES (and by chance, I was using my cheapest bike) just because the mechanics are busy and he was also too busy taking care the more expensive one. Of course, the cheapest bike always gets the worst treatment, right? Way to go, Daya Adicipta Motora. Luckily I never take my CBR Fireblade there. They are too cocky and too "smart" to take care my cheap bikes. ;)

Best Honda motor service. They have a large building for showroom and for motor workshop. I came in the morning and already got number 51 and waited 20 minutes for initial inspection. There's an app to book number earlier in the morning so you don't have to wait long.
While waiting, you can try their bike game simulation or simply enjoy some snacks. There's kids arena available. Or you can leave your bike there and come back after lunch time. The repairs usually take long time. The price is average for official spare parts. And they have one week warranty service after the repair.

Nice waiting room. Long queue. It is recommended to book first before you arrive so that you don't need to wait unnecessarily.
It provides free snacks, free drinks and also there's a children play area.

I've bought 3 motorcycles from here and the salespersons are nice and friendly.
The waiting room is also large. They have many mechanics here so the waiting time is shorter.

Good place to buy or tune up your Honda motorcycle. The place is nice. The waiting room is big. There is a children playground. Staff are friendly. However, the service quality may need improvement as my motorcycle problem was not really solved.

It's well organized service centre. They provide mineral water, tea, coffee and snack. The engineer won't fool you and they give you best advice. And after the service your ride will be given a free wash.

Went there for a meeting, after 1.5 hours there is still no sign the meeting will be started so I left. Very unprofessional, I wish I can rate - 5 star

This is the oldest Honda Dealer in the city. Big place. Big building. This place has a big waiting room with decent sofa. Some nice perks: free wifi, free snack & drink (tea, coffee, etc), and also free motor wash after service. Best official motorcycle service location I have ever visited. My short tip: if you want to not spend a lot of waiting for your motorcycle, go to this place arounf 8 a.m. The queue is still quiet short.

The mechanics were skillful and communicable. The waiting room was comfortable. You could have a glass of coffee or tea and have some snacks, enjoying wifi, watch TV, or play riding simulator.
Update: The payment method is much faster now. I was very satisfied. Gave it 5-stars!

When i have trouble about my monoshock, technician mr. Ade give advice to use my guarantee sparepart and process 1 month and no charge to install that. Big wing class.

Coffe or tea, snack, and playground for children are provided for free. As additional service they wash your bike for free.

Very good service, you can even brew your own coffee or tea here. It is slow if you ordering parts for your motorcycle here, you must wait about two weeks or a month.
