The service is SUPER SLOW. I came at Friday noon at 12pm to get my new card after the last one got swallowed (and unfortunately the officers couldn't find my card so I need to make a new one and wait until 3 months).
When I visited at April 6th 2018, the queue still have 6 customers await. I wait for an hour and only 2 customers has been served.
One customer who just registered new account served up to AN HOUR!!! and there still 6 more queues, most of them were office workers which only have an hour to left office. So we have to wait for another 6 hours??!!
I truly understand that the CS hasn't take her time off of her works, yet I couldn't understand why they have two desks but another one is empty when everything is busy,....and the shortest time to serving a customer takes a half an hour!!
I couldn't find any worse bank service rather than this BNI's branch office. Disappointed.

One of branches of BNI that located on a strategic place (between the city center and the airport of Bandung). It is also easily accessed by public transportation. The place is not too big but still cozy. The parking lots are relatively enough. It has three ATMs, two for cash withdrawal (Rp50.000,00 and Rp100.000,00) and one for non-cash withdrawal.
