I choose MEDIUM SIZE drink, but they insists that i need to take with jclub with the same price. They say it with the same price. After we said okay. We wait for 15 minutes when there were any people around. And then our drink out with SMALL SIZE. THIS IS A FRAUD!!!!
AFTER I COMPLAINED, THEY SAY IF WE WANT THE MEDIUM SIZE DRINK WE NEED TO MAKE A DIFFERENT ENTRY. (WE NEED TO ORDER AGAIN)
THIS IS SO UNPROFESSIONAL!! THEY WANT TO GET RID OF THEIR J CLUB THE FORCE US TO BUY THE CLUB PACKAGE!

Saya pesan minum ukuran medium, tetapi mereka berkata kalau dengan paket j club dengan harga yang sama. Setelah 15 menit menunggu dimana tidak ada banyak orang mengantri, kami mendapatkan minuman kita dengan ukuran Kecil. INI ADALAH SEBUAH PENIPUAN Setelah saya komplain mereka bilang kalo mau minuman medium harus masukan ulang ( harus pesan lagi)
INI SANGAT TIDAK PROFESIONAL!! MEREKA MAU MENGHABISKAN MENU JCLUB DENGAN MEMAKSA KITA UNTUK MEMBELI PAKET DENGAN J CLUB
