This place tends to be very crowded late evening till night. Many counters selling handphones. The long stretch of SP Mall consists of food kiosks and big electrical/electronic stores. On the upper levels you can find wholesale shops for clothings. If you like cheaper food plus the crowd this might be the place for you. Too many motorbikes in this area so be careful when crossing the roads.

but parking area for motorcycle is bad coz nothing space for car,

It's like a district here, a supermarket with a much of people. Crowded and kinda messy but you can find a cheaper price than the cbd.

Interesting, Integrated, vibrant and lively place at Batam, where you can find big shopping centre, food street, wet market, hotel, bank, business centre, sport centre, big exercise and kids playground, entertainment centre, so many shop houses selling so many things, and most of it is Free Parking area.
