Came here for eyebrow embroidery. No confirmation a day before the appointment. I messaged them through WA but no answer. So I had to message them through IG. Their 3 different accounts. And the reply was "oh, you messaged us?"
On the day of the appointment, I came and the front desk just looked at me like I was robbing her. When I told her about my appointment, she only said "sit then". I had to wait over an hour because "the previous customer is not done yet".
Did my eyebrow, and was promised that it'd peel off in a week revealing beautiful eyebrow. Did not happen at all. The WHOLE thing peel off. Message them again, again took a day for them to answer. The answer was "I told you it'll fade a bit". I informed them it's not a bit, but there's no embroidery left at all. They finally told me to come back and they'll do a different technique. I couldn't come on the day of the new appointment. Asked them to change the date, no info until now, it'd been 3 days. No answer whatsoever.
