This hotel has a lot to offer. Since this hotel was quite new as well, place still very clean, good ambiance, and staffs very friendly. The restaurant also offer a lot variety of food, taste also ok, worth the money (compare to other hotels offer with the same cost as this hotel), spacious room yet no so expensive. Downside maybe only a bit far to the heart of the city but plenty of taxi to call.

Great hotel to spend your weekend. Clean, luxurious, friendly staffs. Room was spacious and has a open toilet concept. View was great facing the city although not much to see as the hotel is not at thr heart of the city. They have 2 pools (Ground Level and Gym Level). Breakfast was decent with varieties of menu offered. Staffs at breakfast were friendly and made small conversations. Provides transport to tourist spots and ferry terminal if necessary. Check in time at 15.00 and Check out time at 13.00

The service at Radisson Golf & Convention Center was impeccable. From check-in to check-out, the experience was smooth sailing. Bonus points for how prompt room service was (under 30 mins) and although more expensive than dining at a restaurant outside the hotel, I felt the price was fair for the convenience and quality. Both pools were gorgeous and the buffet breakfast had great variety. My only gripe is that there was a smell emanating from the toilet in my room and when I called the front desk, they sent house keeping to clean it with additional chemicals, which unfortunately only provided temporary relief. Also, I think their shuttle service could be improved -- they only have one complimentary shuttle that goes to all the destinations in one big loop, so as a result we did not use this service. In conclusion, I think this Radisson hotel offers a lovely 5-star experience for an affordable price for guests who are primarily looking to relax on the premises more so than sight see, as the location itself is not ideal, but the hotel makes up for it with great service and sufficient offerings to keep you entertained on site.

Service is awesome. Quaint yet near to a mall. Everyone here is friendly. Clean rooms. Has indoor and outdoor swimming pool. Gym is spacious with a great view. Keep aside $30sgd for a wonderful dinner buffet.

Facilities are great. Staffs are friendly but a bit far off from the usual places we g0 in Batam.
The rooms are quite spacious and very clean. Nothing much to see around the hotel though. As for the food,best international breakfast buffet I ever had. So much variety! Room rates are quite steep for Batam so unless you are a golfer or just wanna stay indoors whole day then I suggest other hotels.

Great place to stay! Convenient location near the ferry terminal. Hotel provides complimentary buggy service to nearby malls and shuttle bus services. Customer service is commendable

A fantabulous staycation. We went there during Valentine’s day, everything was lovely - their staff service, the view, the comfort of the room. We’re impressed! However, the breakfast selection was pretty poor. Good thing is that its close to a huge mall, massage parlours and interesting eats. They offer a free shuttle service bus to the mall as well :)

Our family of 8 spent 3 days 2 nights at Radisson Golf over CNY period. We had a great time. Room service was prompt, very courteous staff. Had a pleasant surprise when we receive complimentary Chinese New year pastries in three of our rooms. rooms were overlooking golf course, very serene, clean and the atmosphere in the hotel is marvelous. Outdoor swimming pool is huge both kids and adults can swim laps. We had a lovely time there, thank you to the staff for this memorable experience.

Visit Batam for the 1st time and we stayed at Radisson Golf & Convention Centre.
The staff are very polite and security is good.
The room is clean and well kept, and tolietries are well placed. The hotel staff will recommend you where to go for shopping or seafood if you are not sure, and arrange for taxi to fetch you there.
I must say I am impress with the high tech used at this hotel.
There is a welcome plate of cut fruits which caught me by surprised as I do not expect such service at this place.
Overall, I would recommend this hotel if you intend to visit Batam.

Nice hotel with nice facilities. An outdoor swimming pool on the ground floor and additional indoor pool up on the 10th floor next to gym and sauna. The breakfast spread is good with a good choice of locals and international cuisine. The room is spacious and well decorated. However, the sound proofing is not up to par as you can hear activities next door. While the elevator is secured through the access card, it’s a bit inconvenient if you have traveling parties that are spread in different floors. A good choice for a night or two in a relaxing environment.

Wonderful Hotel but expensive. Buy your drinks outside of hotel and enjoy your stay. They have 2 swimming pools with one is indoor and other is open. Great service and good staff. Definitely worth spending time here.

Everything is close to perfection here except its location. Fast and stable wifi! Nearest Kepri mall is boring but the hotel makes up for it by offering free shuttle to Nagoya Hills mall. Breakfast restaurant is huge, decent spread but nobody clears the table even though it was quite empty when I was there.

Had a lovely stay here. The staff are very friendly and outgoing. Very family friendly. I would highly recommend it for a short visit.
Lunch menu is the same as the dinner menu. Breakfasts are amazing, a large spread.
There are activities for the kids and a lovely Golf course.

A 5 stars hotel in Batam with stylish design, comfort, close to Batam Center ferry terminal, next door to Kepri mall, and about 30 minutes to the airport Hang Nadim. Remember they have a beautiful golf course. Everything that traveler needs are there unless beach.

COMPLETE REVIEW: One of the best hotels in Batam!
SUMMARY:
Excellent room, facilities, food, and most importantly, services. Nothing short of a fantastic trip for me this time. For me, this is one of the hotels to beat in Batam. It is definitely worthy of being in the top echelon in Batam Hotels scene. Not only because it is new and grand, but it is also the experience it gives customers. I felt welcomed and pampered in my 2D1N stay
OVERVIEW:
I came in thinking that Radisson was more suitable for Business and Couple type of travelers; not family. Oh boy, I was so wrong. I came with a family of six: 1 wife (I envy those with 2) and 4 children (I envy those with 1). Guess what, I had so much fun even though the kids were driving me nuts. They had fun. They swam and swam. They also went to the Kids Club with quite a big space. The hardest thing though was to feed them but the Bite restaurant even made that easy for me
ROOM:
Radisson is NEW so obviously this is the best time to stay here. hahaha... and I stayed in an Executive Suite connecting to Deluxe Suite. So yeah, I had plenty of space for my kids to run around. Love the minimalist decor. Love the big size bathrooms with bathtubs and the balcony overlooking the pool and golf course
FOOD:
I am confident to say that Radisson has probably the best buffet in town. Their Saturday buffet was awesome. Their breakfast was no less spectacular. They had fancy food for adults and fun food for kids.
FACILITIES:
- Very nice gym and business lounge on 10th floor
- Great Infinity pool overlooking the golf course on the Lobby floor
- Also another pool on 10th floor with see-through glass
- Kids Club
- All day dining
- Spa
- Segway
- Archery
SERVICE:
I can go on and on but let me just say this, the most important aspect for me besides those mentioned above, is their excellent services. Each and everyone of their staff that I came across did not fail to greet me with a smile

Very new hotel, service great, big breakfast spread. Beside Kepri Mall so you still can get supplies and buy some stuff. It is about 20 min from Nagoya City, however it very good for couples for a quiet getaway.

Looks great outside, however, they do not have everything open yet. Hotel room closets are lousy. No drawers for your clothes.

Horrible service. Came here with 6 families and children. Food took 1hr45mins to come. Worst of all, no one was in the restaurant!
Don't expect anywhere close to a 3star service when you come here...
Tried raising this with the duty manager but couldn't really do much. Very very disappointing!
Never coming here again.

It's a new hotel, so the staff are very eager to please and very friendly (I hope it stays that way). Convenient to Batam Centre and has a large shopping mall only a short walk from the hotel.
The food in their restaurant (Bite) is well presented and tasty. The drink prices seem a little odd (beer is cheaper than fruit juice), but not too expensive if you've come from Singapore.
Overall a good place to relax and unwind (or play golf).

Unless you play golf, otherwise location is not too convenient for moving around. Pool is a bit on the smaller side. Breakfast is ok but boring starting from day two without much variation. Hotel rooms are great and comfy.

We stayed there almost 2 weeks ago, and it was a very nice, new and clean hotel. The staff was very friendly, and it was located next to a great golf course (I highly recommend playing there!). We also paid to take a hotel shuttle into town for dinner one night, and the driver did a great job and was very polite. There are 2 pools advertised on their website, and the main pool was beautiful with an excellent view of the golf course. The other pool was not available, and we are not sure if that was because it wasn't open yet or if it was only available to guests on the executive level. There is also a kids club at the hotel, and although it was open, there was no hotel staff working in there. The spa that is also advertised on their website was not open, which was very disappointing to us, so we ended up having to go to the mall to get massages (Eska Hotel was much better than Shangri-La Massage). The restaurant with the breakfast buffet also had good and very fresh food, but the selection was very limited, but that could be due to the very limited amount of hotel guests.
We were very disappointed the hotel would not give us a free upgrade to a golf course view room so we were stuck with a view of the road, and we know there were plenty of golf course view rooms available since the hotel was very empty. We travel A LOT (about 50-100+ hotel nights a year) and almost every good hotel will give free upgrades when rooms are available because it doesn't cost the hotel any extra money, and it usually makes for much happier guests who are more likely to return as well as spread the word with good/great reviews, which is important to new hotels trying at attract guests.
Speaking of reviews, we find it very strange that of the 8 reviews on Google, it might be possible that none of them actually stayed at the hotel with most rating it as 5 stars!!! Some just mentioned going to the restaurant and taking a tour, some were made BEFORE the hotel was actually opened, and one that gave 5 stars was VERY obvious that it was done by the hotel staff since the very detailed review used the word "OUR" often enough to make it obvious. We actually did stay there for 2 nights. The main reason for us posting this review is that we think this could be a great hotel with some minor changes (as outlined above) and we love traveling to Batam whenever we are staying in Singapore and we love the location next to Padang Sukajadi Golf Course. We were debating whether to give it 3 or 4 starts, and the hotel structure is good enough for 4+, but there were enough other issues that we decided on 3, which is also counter the many FAKE 5 star reviews
