1 star feedback for making us wait 30mins, taking payment since we have appt, and then informing us masseuse dont want to work and another 20mins wait.
Friends who went for 2 hrs massage also commented that it became 1.5 hours instead.
Highly unprofessional, and also beware their own fake 5 star reviews on their own joints.

Ridiculous. We booked for 5pm slot much earlier in the day and arrived early. Waited 30min, and they asked us to wait another 20min! If they had told us at 5pm, we would have gone to another location instead of wasting our time. Absolutely poor service
Edit: my friends said that the package was for 2 hours but none of them received full 2 hours massage, only 1 plus. So customers beware.
There are fake 4-5 star posts created by this place to review only REBORN and THAI BEST.
Regarding your response below, I don't know any other parlour who take 50min to break fast, and everyone knows what the break fast time is everyday. If you took our booking and our deposit, it is your responsibility to ensure there is enough manpower to serve us instead of overbooking. You could have told us to come earlier or later, but you didn't. We were expected to wait.

the location near by the foodcourt,after massage still can have a supper opposite A2 foodcourt, Reborn massage really relieved my body soreness,the staff very friendly, no doubt their very popular in town 😊

I'm a regular customer here,
I had tried wan yang foot reflexology before at Singapore,
But when i got recommended from my friends cause i often go to batam for meeting, i tried reborn's foot reflexology, it's quite nice & the pressure is really good could stimulate my reflex point,
Since that time, I become their regular customer,i also sign their member, it's really worth it..

Coming to this massage centre for many count times,
Reborn massage indeed is a good place to spent quality time with family in a short getaway,
I had 2hrs tuina massage it's realyyyy worth it, must try recommended! My husband & children had 2hrs balinese massage the therapist very profesional & thoughful, 😁👍

They have a newly promotion package it's really awesome !
I stay in batam for 2 days and the package is very affordable,
for 3 times treatment massage only Rp.500.000 (approximately $50 ) so CHEAP !
before they have this package I'm their regular customer & always choose their most healing & afforable package for 2hrs Rp.198.000.
Still very affordable for you guys that stay for more than 1 day I recommend for the Rp.500.000 package !
Don't forget to advance booking for the massage treatment ,
Really a best place to refreshing & charged up body battery :D
The whole experience was awesome.
such a very profesional & well trained staff,
after washing foot session the staff will changed our shoes by their slipper ,the customer service is very nice & thoughful !
after doing the massage It's really help me to release my aches and pain. The staff was friendly was professional.
The lady who was massaging me was doing a wonderful job.
No doubt the whole treatment was magnificent.
I would certainly recommend it to my friends if they come to Batam for massage. Thank you again for the top services

Receptionists were joking loudly and singing songs & while I can hear other therapists chit chat away instead of focusing on doing my massage well. Keep going in and out to toilet & Still dare to ask me for tips even after doing a horrible job!

Happy hour 30% senen sd jumat jam 10.00 sd 14.00 wib ambil paket 2 jam 188rb after disc jadi 160rb, sebaiknya datang pagi supaya therapist lebih fresh sy mengambil paket 45" tuina ( massage kering ) 115" balinese massage ( pakai oil ) minta therapist bernama "salman" rekomended ...
