room ok but buffuet breakfast cannot male.it staff treat us like.invisible there is one fresh beer bar have menu but no price on menu and is far to x 7 bucks for 2 piece chicken etc and also buffuet only bee hoon rice chilli bread.coffee tea egg u need to pay and also no meat is like bee hoon kosong or nasi lemak with chillo plus karopok.bad services

The hotel name is New Hotel but the hotel is not very new it need upgrading and the standard room is compact. The staffs were very friendly and helpful.

A very affordable, very professional,kind n helpful staff, nice n clean room I was treated like a VIP although its not a 3 star hotel. Very good n nice location for who likes to eat 24hrs n lots of shopping ctrs around.
I'm highly recomend this is the best middle class hotel to stay in

Budget hotel, Singapore hotel 81 is better than this. Cost about 30 per night, can't expect much. There is a rooftop bar, near night market, in the day night market area convert to wet market

I’m not staying in that hotel but we live opposite this New Hotel called Allium Hotel. But we are searching for beers and somehow I noticed Batam don’t sell alcohol or it’s hard to find a pub. We are lucky to found this New Hotel rooftop pub, whereby you can sing and drink beer at the same time. Cool....
The walk way to roof top is super super narrow, see my photos, if oversized people.... a.... you cannot go up as it’s the only entrance and it is also exit 🤣. Sorry but that’s the fact.
I do think this New Hotel is also a place that operate sex service because a the lobby, there is a path with small rooms in red dim light and I saw sexy girls walked into the rooms.... it’s at level one behind the reception counter. Aaaa.... I’m not promoting that but just don’t feel comfortable seeing it.

If you're on a budget..this hotel suit you. Its affordable place to stay. Nice spacious rooms(deluxe). Staffs are nice,quite good,generous and helpful. The free breakfast are quite okay. I actually love their coffee☺ Hope to be back there oneday.😉

Nice place and friendly staff, they have rooftop Cafe.
But I think the room is quite small... Water leaking on my pipe shower and unpleasant odour on my bathroom.

A budget hotel price is cheap.
Staff is very friendly. You will feel like you are VIP.

Room lights is quite dim

Nice place to stay within our budget. Have to update their breakfast menu and stuff's most of the time breakfast not available for late comer

The only things i like about this hotel is that they served fried rice with sunny side up and i love their teh tarik.
*Update* - no more sunny side up and the taste is just not there.

Tempatnya lumayan bagus, bersih, pelayanannya juga ok. Bisa akses ke semua tempat dengan mudah karena dekat dengan pusat perbelanjaan or shopping center. Harganya juga sangat terjangkau, apalagi yang mau liburan dengan anggota keluarga yg banyak dan harus nginap tapi budget nya pas2an Hotel ini rekommended banget buat kalian.
