I had the Nasi Lemak Medan during my visit. It was delicious and similar to what you can find in Medan. For those Medanese staying in Batam, it means no more homesick. The place is rather small and seats are limited. Waiters are friendly and attentive. Here is a picture of the Nasi Lemak Medan.
