So cool. Itu kata pertama yg bisa dikatakan ketika melihat bagaimana penampakan resort ini. Terhampar di tepi laut dan villa yang menyatu dengan alam mulai dari atas hingga kebawa membuat tempat ini memang menjadi tujuan wisata turis baik dari dalam bahkan dari luar.
Untuk penginapannya, kebetulan kami tidak stay disini. Hanya kami reserved di Ombak Bar dimana ketika hendak nongkrong disini, harus melakukan pemesanan dulu.
Hanya saja mungkin, ketika kita kesini, bisa siapin uang minimal 600rb untuk berempat jika ingin minum dan sekedar ngemil saja. Rata2 makanan dan minumal berada dikisaran 100-300rb

VFM absolutely. Just stay at resort. If u r looking to relax a weekend and get pampered this is the place. The restaurant offers gr8 sea food . Resort has its own spa treatment. Sea facing. Amazing cottages . Children friendly. If course they have electric motor car for any elderly who can't walk the up hill within the resort. Perfect place with family.

Beautiful tranquil resort just an hour away from Singapore. Prices are very reasonable. Rooms and food are great.

Nice place to visit. Calm and silent. Good choice to relaxing and release your stress. Also nice place to honeymoon๐๐๐

Breakfast is good. Can relieve the stress by feeling the breeze on the hammock at night. Also the twilight there is very beautiful. Very close to Singapore. Can even see the light from the Singapore at night. Rooms are also cheap.

Nothing much to do at the resort, especially if you don't do water sports. Also, there is only one shop there selling a small selection of tidbits and drinks, which are priced way more expensive than usual. Prepare your own entertainment. Resort is pretty clean overall.

Used to be a middle to low class resort hotel. The swimming pool used to be dirty... But now there's a change in management. They aim to be a world class hotel. Looks like in some way they succeed. People are not allowed to be in the hotel vicinity except those who stay in the hotel. The swimming pool looks clean and blue. Don't know the interior of the room, should be good... You can see skyscrapers in Singapore over the sea from here. Just remember, this place is secluded, far from everything...

KTM resort is very nice and very relaxing. The staffs are all friendly. Especially the receptionist named JACK. I can say that he is really doing a great job and he showed us the true sample of excellent hospitality.. Keep it up!

Nice view. Affordable prices. The hotels is very nice. Each room have it own bathrooms so no need to wait when you want to use the bathroom. Towel is provided and the bed is very soft with a warm blanket.

The resort is absolutely amazing place to stay at in batam. They provide you with earplugs and I recommend you use it because you can easily hear your neighbours.

Despite the reviews I have read online, the service management is horrible and rude.
The security kept on coming to check if we were more than 4 people in the room. We have booked 3 villas in total. Had they not had a single thought about why we chose to book three villas in their resort ? There were only 8 of us that stay in the villas. We booked one 2-bedroom villa and two deluxe villas. The security had to check our room one by one. It's really ridiculous to doubt on us.
Eventhough it's really pretty, it's not worth coming back. There are other better places. The service we have received from the so-called manager is an utter disappointment.
With that, I really hope the service manager should improve on his language professionally that better fits in service industry.

This is part of our Batam tour package. Most tourists here are ethnic Chinese. The main attraction is a Chinese temple ( ้ฝๅคฉๅคงๅฃๅฎซ) and a giant Guanyin (่ง้ณๅ) statue facing Singapore. The place offers a nice view of Singapore CBD skyscrapers and coast line.

Visited just the bar here, discriminatory policies are in place, you need to reserve your place and the beach doesnt even have sand. You can see singapore on the other side. Very overpriced too.

Everything is fine till the third days me and my friend was harrass by two guys staying in 214 room they were literally shouting wanna "make love " to all the girls staying there and making those inappropriate noises in the afternoon .
I love the resort but another problem is THERES LOTS OF ANTS ON THE TABLE , FRIDGE AND EVEN ON THE BED .
The wifi connection was great but when u lock ur phone u gotta start reconnecting over again so yea thats all I gotta say .

A little expensive for the poorly maintained facilities. Electricity went out 3 times within 30 minutes at arnd 10pm... Wifi and everything was affected. Even when unaffected, wifi wasnt very strong and was very patchy. Overall, was quite disappointed considering the number of good reviews i found.

Nice and cosy cabins. Nice pool too. There's nothing much to do here though. Try to buy your drinks and snacks before coming. The shop here is over priced.

This is not the first time that I've patronized the place. So naturally I believed that everything would be in order. Thus, we have great confidence on the services provided and trusted that everything is in order. But the previous visit made us feel otherwise. We were charged for a missing towel which was not even supplied to us in the first place. We will certainly not come back to this hotel again. Such a disappointment.

A great place to stay in Batam. It is just 10 minutes from the wharf. The place is cozy and well maintain.. Food were nice during lunch but don't expect to much for breakfast as they only serve light meal...

I love this place. It's a great little getaway from busy Singapore. Nice and quiet. Great for relaxing, chilling by the pool and watching gorgeous sunset over Singapore.

Decent resort with standard room facilities. Living room tends to get hot/warm during the day as it's ventilated only by ceiling fan.
Other facilities like billiard tables are poorly (or not) maintained. Resort has only one restaurant which serves a good variety of food. There's a bar by the seaside, however it gets pretty crowded at night. Mosquitoes are common too.
Hotel does organise day trips to nearby island for trishaw tour/general shopping at a fee - worth a look as the nearest (and popular) Nagoya mall is quite a distance away.
I'd recommend this resort if you're looking to stay only for a night, and also wouldn't mind just staying in the resort premises to chill and chat with friends. If you're looking for activities/shopping etc, this is not the place for you.

Only for the view.
Pros:
The Seaview villa features a stunning view of the sea, and on a clear day, you can even see Singapore's skyline. Chill at the Ombak bar for sunset or relaxing on the hammock listening to the waves, KTM has the essential for a weekend getaway.
Cons:
The resort has a simple set up. Walls are thin, you can literally hear your neighbour's conversation. Try to stay further away from the bar as they would blast music till midnight. Decent food, nothing spectacular.

Fair. We stayed in the cottage with an amazing view, the beds were clean, unlike the toilet / shower. The pool is quite small and the ocean (naturally) not the cleanest. Evening chilling at the ocean view bar was great, even though we were asked to vacate our place to locals who come and book almost all ocean facing sofas in advance. Food in the resort restaurant was fair as well, not bad, but also not particularly good. We did 90 minutes massage which was pretty good and well priced. Staff was generally very friendly, but the overall feel of the place was a little bit underwhelming. Facilities seemed to be quite old and the prices felt a bit expensive (but still cheaper than Singapore).

It's a nice place. Good value for money as it's very affordable. Surprisingly good food in the restaurant, though the service can be sporadic and slow at times for no discrenable reason. Good bar to enjoy drinks by the sea at night with a nice view of Singapore, though their drinks offer is nothing to write home about. Excellent massage at the resort at an affordable price. Nice small clean rooms.
Close to Sekupang Ferry Terminal. Taxi takes about 5 minutes and will set you back about 50K Rupiah. Resort offers free shuttles back to the terminal. Not really close to Nagoya so not really suitable if you want to explore that part of Batam. Taxi ride to Nagoya will set you back about 250K Rupiah one way.

Affordable and quiet place to go and relax. Found the Ombak bar area great. Really an affordable holiday a stone throw away from Singapore. We had great service. It's not a 5 star cottage by many people's rate but definately caters for your needs. Deluxe cottage has two bathrooms equipped with toilet, basin and shower. Bedrooms have beds and TV. Little kitchenette is ideal for low cost eating out. Cosy and quaint living. Not much more you can ask for. Good value for money!

Nice scenic views. Quiet place. A little run down. The restaurant is surprisingly good and affordable. The spa is great. Beautiful view while being massaged.
