Very nice place to stay. Great balinese massage (with the traditional looks and feel). Although they did not have a pedi-mani-spa when we were there last weekend. Good food, no complaints there, including gluten free vegetarian varieties. Excellent large and spacious rooms.

Very nice holiday apartments and facilities with wonderful staff. I like the pool and it's slide. The downside is that the place feels old.

Location far from the city, but they provide shuttle service. F&B well prepared even during CNY period. Whole stay was pleasant.

Great room and view for an affordable price. Pretty good breakfast. Staff can speak English. Had a comfortable stay Main problem is the distance from Nagoya where most of the best family friendly activities are. (I recommend golden city cable ski, cheap and fun)

The place is clean. There are many amenities installed for guest. Games room and Bistro cafe well equipped with entertainment facilities. For example, 2 Foosball table, 2 pool table, one dart board but they might want to consider having some maintenance on the darts and board. KTV lounge doesn't have private room, only hall. Swimming pool is clear and clean, however it is a little noisy for guest as it is heavily utilized. Food at Terrace is decent.

it was clean and the staff members could speak simple english to help us understand some of the things and they were friendly. the rooms were big ans tidy, beds were kept properly and there was housekeeping everyday

Very nice and friendly especially the reception staff by the name of salma. Will come and stay again. We have a very spacious room with a balcony at. Very affordable price. Comes with a kitchen dining table and living room study corner and makeup desk and a bathtub.

Hotel a bit remote from the beach. Good amount of facilities but would merit to be refurbished. Overall still a good value for the price.

I was there for a function. The staff there is very professional. And take care of all our needs. Little gestures like welcome drink also speaks a lot. There is shuttle services to and fro the hotel so it is very convenient.

The resort is amazing! There are countless facilities there like a tennis court, table tennis table and one of the nicest gyms available for a resort. Staff are friendly and also helpful. The room provided is very spacious and everything is very clean. Maybe just 1 critique would be that the room was cleaned later then most other places I've been to

Fantastic room and excellent staff service. Food available in hotel cafes can be better though. Hotel is located within a 5 mins shuttle service from Waterfront terminal. Transport is provided to Nagoya mall, the largest mall in Batam.

It's a good hotel but the waiter and the waitress not really friendly. Some of them not smile back to you when you smile to them.

A decent place for family. Lots of activities outside of the hotel, arrange with concierge. Food is lousy for Holiday Inn standard. Room is clean. K Box is a good place to relax.

This place is suitable for people who just want to stay at the hotel and relax. They provide transport for pick up and send to Sekupang Ferry Terminal. They also provide transport to Nagoya shopping centre (Batam biggest shopping mall). I stayed at 9th floor with balcony. The room is spacious and clean.. Staffs are polite, friendly and attentive. Good service and I feel pleasant staying there.

Pretty cool and we'll priced resort. The pool is great including kids waterslide. We went on a Singapore long weekend so it was pretty busy and the staff rushed off their feet, so a few times of slower service. But overall, staff were very friendly and we enjoyed our stay.

Good but dated resort that is 45 minutes from the city. It was probably busier before the cruise terminal on the waterfront slowed business considerably.

Holiday Inn Resort Batam is near to Marina Teluk Senimba Ferry Terminal. But usually, you should be coming from Sekupang Ferry Terminal.
We had 4 people for this trip so we took up the package (family suite). Made the reservation through email. The replies were quick and efficient. We took the package where it covers for 2 way ferry tickets, to and fro arrival/departure transfer from ferry terminal to hotel. Price for a night is approximately SGD 300.
As it wasn't a peak holiday season, i managed to get early check in from the resort (subject to room availability). Service and check in process was smooth. If you have took the family suite package, remember to get the front desk to process on your ferry ticket for departure during the check in process (collection will be on your check out day).
As it was already my 3rd time here. I would expect the type of rooms i will be going to. In the family suite, it is just like a big apartment with 2 rooms (1 room with toilet and king bed, 1 room without toilet and 2 single beds). Both rooms have standard hangers, mirrors, table/chair. Outside the 2 sleeping room will be the living room, kitchen area and balcony. Safe box is located in the master bedroom.
Living room has a couch, TV and coffee table. Kitchen have a mini fridge, some cups, water heater and the usual complimentary water/tea. I didn't see any plates and utensils so i guess it will be better that they can put some inside there.
Shower rooms are pretty standard and they do offer the basic toiletries kit and bed room slippers. Also, the sleeping rooms and living rooms all have their own air con with remote controls on the wall. Overall, no complains on the room standards.
The hotel do have quite a fair bit of facilities like swimming pool, lounge, restaurant, spa for massage, gym etc. As time was limited, we only head for the pool. There aren't many tanning chairs so if you want to get a tann or swim, go early after breakfast. They have a counter that will provide you towels and I think they do sell some food/drinks too.
The breakfast at hotel is international buffet type and it comes included in my reservation booking. From asian food like bee hoon to porridge, western food from sausages to baked beans and potatoes etc. Fruit, cereals and bread etc. They also have a counter that the chefs will take your orders on the type of eggs you want (Omelette, sunny side up, scramble). And I guess the most important of all, coffee tea are provided as well. They do provide lattes/cappuccino as well. Standard and not much complains.
As the hotel is quite far away from the city, you can either choose to take the hotel shuttle service (Time slots to check with hotel front desk) or limo service provided by hotel. It will take you about half an hour to reach to the city like the popular place Nagoya hill for tourist etc.
That probably sums up my stay with the resort. Will be back again definitely.

This is a place where you would go to relax and be treated to 1st class service. Service staff is top notch paying attention to detail and very polite.

Got a suite with 2 bedroom and a good view. Although it's not near the beach. They have a good swimming pool. Main lobby is cosy. Breakfast is excellent. Get the breakfast coupon at the reception. Rp110,000

Enjoyed our stay here. Pool is good. Rooms are neat and clean and comfy. Good facilities such as pool, Xbox games. Hotel overall is ageing. Friendly and helpful staff.
Hotel bus service to city and to ferry terminal is really convenient.

Old aging hotel but staff is very keen to make guest happy. Nothing much to do around the hotel so you got to entertain yourselves with either the activities in the resort or travel to town which is half hour away.

Best (but most expensive) hotel in Batam, very good food and service. It is however a long way from the two major shopping precincts of Nagoya and Batam Centre.

Nice and beautiful resort. Rooms are clean and service is good. Pricing slightly on the high side. A bit far for the downtown.

The staff are very friendly and helpful most especially Mr. Anjar. He is an asset to your business. His public relations skill is outstanding. The resort needs more outside activities, there's only so much you can do in a swimming pool. Rooms are outdated but comfortable to stay in. Overall, my stay was enjoyable.

The hotel is beautiful, but a kind of boring when you don't have a company. There is nothing much to do in the hotel or near by.
The spa is good, decent and at a reasonable rate. So bit of relaxation is possible.
Food is ok for not to complain. Service by the staff is comfortable.

I would like to holiday inn resort in batam I'm enjoying to stay at holiday inn at batam yr service of this hotel is great 👍🏼 waiter and waitress are kind serving in this hotel was great I 💙 holiday inn at batam I would like to go again next time thank u holiday inn yr service was awesome..😃
