Serves gudeg, gudeg is a traditional Javanese cuisine from my hometown, Jogyakarta. Gudeg is made from young unripe jack fruit (Javanese: gori) boiled for several hours with palm sugar, and coconut milk. Serves with sambal goreng krecek (traditional javanese cattle skin spicy stew dish). The gudeg is tasty, not a fan of their krecek.
