The customer service officer was friendly. Parking area also quite good even they don't have large space but parking attendants are quite helpful . Just small suggestion, it would be better if they also provide copy machine. Not all customer know what is needed or prepared for that service. Some of public service (even private company) provide free water, or the most important is copy machine. Even the customer need to pay (for copy service) but I think it would be better than having to walk outside just to make a copy for ID or (maybe) another document. It would be very helpful cuz saving our time.

Very bad service, I changed my 3g card into a 4g card and I have to pay 50K but after it's changed my mobile banking won't work anymore, I went there again and they says the 4g card is not supported with my mobile banking. Why didn't tell me since the first, then I rechanged my 4g card into the 3g again in order I can use my mobile banking service but they didn't give back my money.
I just paid 50k for nothing..
So bad!!

Just asked about message coupon I received from number 777. The staff brought my phone to the back office, when she came back, my phone ring stand was broken loose

Pertama kali ke Grapari Telkomsel saya tidak berhasil mengurus Kartu saya yang hilang karena nganguan kalo ga salah, yang ke-2 Antri lama jadi saya tinggal, yg ke-3 saya ke Grapari Telkomsel pagi-pagi baru deh berhasil mendapatkan pergantian kartu yang hilang dengan biaya 50 rb. Untuk pelanyanan sangat ramah.
Saran buat pelanggan :
Usahakan datang pagi agar antri ga terlalu lama, jangan lupa ambil no antriannya ya..
