Going with car community, arrived at 2pm after 12 hours drives. And the room is not ready yet while already paid. With reason they have peak season and lack of employee. Very dispointed.
Other thing nothing special compare to expensive price.

Sangat TIDAK PROFESIONAL. Bulan lalu grup kami book tapi tiba2 pihak hotel menaikkan harga seenaknya. Padahal kami sudah DP dan terima Email konfirmasi harga. MANAGER hotel tidak memberikan solusi yg bagus. Hati2 guys....

Spacious rooms, clean, warm & very polite staffs, thus very close to tourist's attraction spots. 👍👍👍

This hotel is great.... near to the beach and the nature conservation area. But a little bit dissapointing when I order room at high level but got a room in the 1st level

Excellent service. We had trouble with our air-conditioning. But staff were quick to reapond. And we got another room fast. Highly recommended. The room rates are very reasonable during off season visits. The breakfast is excellent !!!

The place is great. Their caribian burger is very unique and lovable. But the taste of the food is not good and the service is very slow.

Very nice hotel, very near to the beach, amazing is at night you see wild antelope in front of hotel. Car parking not so lot of space but it so convenient since security provide valet parking. One thing you can't forget is the rooftop view, at night it really romantic with very nice food and at noon you'll have unforgettable view to the sea.

Best bfast. Compact hotel with many facility. Location 3 angle view Cagar alam. Sunrise . Sunset. Sky roof top was briliant

The best thing about this hotel is it's rooftop cafe where you can relax yourselves looking at the best view in pangandaran. The price of the beverages here is also very cheap. I would give five stars if they provide us two card keys and improve the details in their interior designs. The breakfast here is okay. Overall, 4 stars explain all things about Horison Palma Pangandaran.

A bueatiful hotel with the nices staff u Have Ever met! Nice clean rooms with good local and western breakfest. It has a Small pool that is usely full with youngsters, but the beach is a rock throw away so we didnt used it our selfs. The hotel has a rooftop bar/ restaurant where u can eat, drink or Just chill and hang out. There is also a glass skywalk with a bueatiful ocean few that is Picture worthy! The locals are really Nice and dont pull u in to every Store like in Bali.
The only thing that was less Nice are the Chinees People Who think they are King, but It is 100% worthy to Go to.
Of u are looking for good restaurants around i recomend "Chezz Mama (something)" i forgot the whole name but u Will find IT on maps. Its Just a 5 minut Walk from the hotel and its not expenvive at all for the good food u het there!!
Of ur looking for a Nice adventure Just Go to the beach and ask for (i hope i write his name Right) yourno and ask for the boot/snorkel/hikeing Trip. It wil cost u like 250,000RP pp and its worth any penny. Also visit the Green canyon and go Body rafting! (Only for People Who dare

Harga tidak sesuai dg fasilitas. Kolam renang nya kecil sekali. Tidak ada sofa di dlm ruangan padahal tempatnya msh tersedia. Staff sangat ramah. Tempat nongkrong di Rooftop OK
