Food:
They serve a decent but quiet fancy foods with a moderate prices. The right place when you are looking to have some fancy dinner yet with small budget only. The drinks are great on the other hand. They are brave enough to experiment with certain combination of drinks and turns out good.
Service:
The service are decent. Table serving and other kind of stuff you expect from a multi-chain restaurant like this.
Place:
The top highlight of Platinum Resto always come from their interior. Cozy to have discussion and somewhat relaxing. But it formal enough to have a meeting with clients or partners in here.

Cozy place, non smoking area is available, baby chair, and I love the Hot Vietnamese Coffee. Price is moderate

Clean and cozy place. Price is moderate, but the service is great.
