Had a great experience staying in this hotel! Staff were friendly and helpful. Would recommend people to stay here for its convenience and worry free accommodation!

Ok its the better hotel in Ambon(city) so far, but the waiter and banquet are slow, and it's also a bit expensive, no swimming pool, but there is ice cream and cotton candy booth

overall is good, except for in house entertainment like TV channels is not too much list & the quality also isn't good..
also the Wi-Fi is not stable..

Best hotels in town.
Good food at reasonable prices.
Friendly and very helpful staff, once you have their attention. Variable levels of English spoken can lead to some amusing interactions.
Public lobby areas a bit limited and can get a bit crowded.
Excellent live music and singing in bar in evening.
Rooms good, bathrooms perhaps a bit on the small side but everything clean and well maintained.
Breakfast buffet largely local food but surprisingly extensive and good quality.

Our booking was "cancelled" - did not exist on arrival but for an extra fee we could upgrade to a more expensive room. (In other words they accepted that they had already taken payment for the room). No explanation but obviously the conference going on in town made things busy and they realized they could make a few extra bucks by this method. The room we ended up in was twin instead of double and smelled of cigarette smoke. Makes you wonder what the cheaper room was like.

Good place to stay when you're in ambon. Within close proximity to Ambon city's place of interests. The only downside is that it's hard park your car due to narrow street and limited parking space.

Clean and tidy issues. Housekeeping services need to be improved. Need to be concerne under bed condition. Very filty and there is used sleepers. And we found vacumm cleaner infront of our room door.

Hello everyone,
I believe who those staying ini this hotel have encounter experience. I am the one has a good story about hotel and facilitated .
Good room. Cozy ambiance.
good food and drink, and variaty promo on going like , package food including beverage.
The only think Miss is , when u travel with family , the hotel has limited acces , such as swimming pool and kids play ground.
Good location ini the center of city.

A good place to stay when you are at biztrip. Very close to KFC and pizza hut. And walk to merdeka field if you wanna jogging at the morning.
For fasting, its better to put some date (kurma) at the buffet menu when early breakfast (sahur)

It's limited choice if you stay around Ambon city, only this hotel who has standard.. But their standard probably below expectations, the breakfast tastes was bad.. Not much variety.. If there are alternative hotel i would not stay here again.

The largest hotel in central downtown of Ambon City. The room was so huge, and you may able to relax yourself while hearing blues/classic/jazz song mixed with local culture for a night escape here at the lobby

We have stay in this hotel its a very good hotel to stay in Ambon City everything is near by. Staff is very friendly and the room are clean.
