This place being the one and only movie theatre in Ambon means you do not really have much choice. That said, the place is clean and updated with the latest movies. You can avoid the queue by purchasing your ticket via M-Tix system, especially for highly anticipated movies like The Avenger series and such.
There are some concession to fill your tummy but do not expect anything out of the ordinary there. Plenty enough studios (seven of them) to cater the whole Ambon residents and visitors as well. I saw some foreign tourists here too, so this place must be decent enough for them.

Bought tickets for Avengers End Game today 4/27/2019 went to seats and people where in our seats seemed they sold us and a bunch of other people for tomorrow show. Wow so we had to wait for next show so confused many peoe people were upset and confused too also the new theater we entered was smelling bad and kind of dirty still

Nah, we need a non-xxi theatre here in ambon, like cgv or cinemaxx or anything else. Duh, no animu films here in Ambon #WeebLivesMatter. And btw, we also need more seats/benches in the lounge area, sometimes I even have to sit on the floor smh

It's cheaper than XXI in Jakarta with same quality.. Weekdays is as cheap as 30k rupiahs for one movie. Only minus is the expensive food, as usual
