the place is good, but in terms of service is not good, especially the officers who take care to the island togean, very sick and indifferent to the customer, if the officer could be replaced more professional

Please pay attention to Edy the manager. His behavior is really strange with alone womans. Don't accept massages for example.

Cottages amd location are good (you'll stay here only on your way or return from togean island) but service is HORRIBLE: no one speaks english, I had to ask fourth time to help
me with my luggage while plenty staring of undoing men were just sitted to wait I dont know for what!!! Also waited almost until death to be served food!

Lumayan untuk istirahat di kota kecil Ampana, bisa mandi dilaut yg jenis dan berbatu kerikil halus.

Bedlinnen en handdoeken zijn iets minder, vervanging geen overbodige luxe. Cotagges zijn sober ingericht maar goed, service geweldig.
Hier kunt u via het servicepunt van Edy Lami, uw reis verder plannen.
Voor ons betekende het dat, niet alleen dat de reis naar Togean werd gepland maar zelfs onze tickets vanaf Gorentalo verder werden geboekt.
Het eten is goed verzorgd en ook hier fijne bediening.
Aanrader als tussenstop om vanaf hier verder te reizen naar Togean of Melenge.
