Lentera Bumi Nusantara "LBN" is holding company which moves in various essential industrial sectors based around technology and community development. We believe that energy, food and water are the three crucial necessities of the world. Because of that, all the research, development and trading of the company is focused on the enhancing and fulfilling the needs of these three sectors.I develop long and short-term strategies with the Founder, manage the projects, develop products and programs, manage the team, and ensure the administration and operational activities run smoothly. Some of my achievements are:• Renewed the blade design and discovered the manufacturing process of the existing micro-scale wind turbine, which resulted in the increase of efficiency by 3% (42%) and the decrease of starting wind speed.• Developed new business unit of natural agriculture products such as forest honey, virgin coconut oil, and moringa, which collaborates with local community to help improve their economy.• Proposed an initial feasibility study of biomass power plant in Tulang Bawang, Lampung, developed the prototype of local-manufactured generator, and help the wind turbine installation in Udayana University, Bali.• Initiated the livestock farm which cooperated with over 50 local people and eventually contributed to around 5.000 households in Eid Al-Adha in 2019.• Developed the company's merchandise and manage social media.• Developed Ciheras University, a learning program for university students who take an internship to learn about renewable energy, social business, community development, and social skills. There are already over 1.500 students until the end of 2019
