This restaurant is famous for local Banjar food. The best menu are grilled prawn (with tomato sauce) and fish egg satay. Both are very delicious. The side sauce are chilly and sour sauce mixed with red onion, chilly and lime (they called it "cacapan"). You can't find another fish egg satay as good as Cahaya. They also served fried patin fish and steam patin fish called "pais patin" but they not as good as the prawn. Cahaya open everyday nonstop from 8am to 4pm. Not an upscale place. Sink available at the front of the resto. This is a cash only resto. Not equipped with air conditioning only with fan. Nine tables consist of 4 chair are available here.
