There are four lines at the station, but I guess it only has one route from Tangerang to Duri. The commuter line will start serves you at 5 am till 8 pm daily, with the duration between the KRL quite various, usually every 15 to 30 minutes.

I recommend that you simplify the route between Tangerang City, District Tangerang and South Tangerang, Because all of this is Tangerang, so please don't complicate the route between Tangerang

The main gate to Tangerang City, very clean station. Spacious parking area, there is two (2) convenience store,it is really help. The cleanest toilet station that I ever had. Good services and staff's very friendly and helpful. Full of public service facilities, such as Convenience store, Toilet, Charging station, prayer room, ATM, Self ticket machine service etc.

Tangerang Railway Station
Rail is a public transportation used by many people. There are many routes of railway which have many stoppage stations. One of them is Tangerang Station. Tangerang Station (TNG) is located on Jalan Kiasnawi, Sukarasa, Tangerang with +18 meters height. It has been built since 1899. It also has 4 tracks where first and second tracks are gauge tracks straight to Tanah Tinggi Station. This station only services Commuter Line with routes from Tangerang Station to Duri Station and vice versa. There are 10 stations between Tangerang Station and Duri Station. Altough it only services Commuter Line, this station is always be crowded by the passengers especially in the busy time. They come from various background such as students, employees, housewifes, and many more.
It may be the same or not like with other stations, at night Tangerang Station many white lamps located at the bottom of the platform. White lamps decorate on the rarest end of the platform. For those who have often seen the lamps decoration in station perhaps look ordinary, but for the first to see it looks so good. But it is advisable not to admire the lamps decoration for too long because it will be rather creepy. Because of unlike in the morning or afternoon, the situation of station at night is quieter. Passengers who will ride Commuter Line from Tangerang Station are more little. The station will be crowded again when Commuter Line Duri-Tangerang dropped passengers at Tangerang Station.

Stasiun commuter Tanggerang yang berada dijantung kotamadya Tanggerang menghubungkan kotamadya Tanggerang Jawa Barat dengan DKI Jakarta Raya melalui stasiun Duri. Di stasiun ini setelah melalui beberapa tahap renovasi yang disesuaikan dengan pasar sekitar menjadikan stasiun ini semakin luas, rapi dan bersih. Jadwal keberangkatan dan kedatangan distasiun ini sekitar tiap 30 menit sekali. Pintu masuk ada dua disesuaikan dengan lapangan parkir motor dan mobil yang luas dimasing - masing pintu. Pintu utama yang memiliki konter pelayanan disebelah timur yang berhubungan dengan lapangan parkir Mobil.

Good station, and just remember, The exit door for pedestrian is the same with the entrance!! Got fooled by the station person, i thought he knows everything. He said that the exit is near musholla which is near the motorcycle parking spot. But it wasnt 😵

Bad motorbike entrance and exit gates.
Expect delays every half hour thanks to them prioritizing the much more expensive airport train to this poor public train.

Dead end
End of the Tangerang line
The station building is original
Not as crowd as the other line
But the improvment of KAI made this line as a new favourite transportation

It is clean, toilet facility should be enhanced. The new facility that is far at the end is good and clean, but the old one that is near to the main entrace is very narrow and small.

This station located on the centre of Tangerang city. Near from the markets. Its open until midnight and public transportation also available here til late night.

Gojek, Grab, and Uber are easy to find for everyone who wants to save their time from using angkot. Two convenience stores located in main entrance is really helpful.

Setiap hari saya berangkat sekolah Dari stasiun ini. Okelah stasiun nya bagus, hanya saja semenjak pemerintah menutup pintu masuk bar at saya kecewa. Saya seringkali terlambat mengejar kereta karena harus melewati pintu Timur.
