There are a lot of Lion Air counters but only five open to serve ALL FLIGHTS. Also it takes 15-20 minutes to serve 1 passenger for check in. Please improve!

It has improved alot over many things particularly on how it regulate the human movement traffic and cleanliness.

Serves Lion Air Group.
Like it's neighborhood, it was nice terminal with it's traditional architecture and green garden inside.
Last time arrived here at 2014 was not getting garbarata(aviobridge) so the passengers must walked through small creepy corridor. The pictures about tourism of Indonesia I think need better presentation.
For connectivity, there are Damri Bus Station in front of it. The shuttle bus that connect all terminal also available too.

Too crowded in check in room and a bit hot. The toilet is not very clean (and running out tissue!).
