Wife finally had operation but has been over 24hrs and still no Dr has come to see her
I would go on but the words are too bad
I am a expatriate so I have seen a few hospital and was told this is in the top 2 of what I dont know

Need 3 hours from registration until collect my medicine. Very slow service especially for payment with insurance/company. But the doctor is very nice and humble. Many things should be improved.

Came here for medical check-up. Very slow service and there’s always an hour wait for every examination. So not effective.
However in general the doctors are great, so would come back here again for the doctors.

Absolutely shocking service. After my husband had a small surgery and being sent home we were forced to wait the better part of 3 hours for administrative staff to finish the payments. Then we had an additional wait to collect medicine. Do not use this hospital , there are better more modern hospitals in the area that provide better care and service.
Even worse ...reading previous reviews, it seems the hopital has been aware of their poor administrative service for a number of years but have refused to improve it. What other hospital makes you wait over 3 hours after you been discharged. An absolute digrace. I would like managment to contact me and explain

Initially, I booked for MCU Australia visa through online but there is no confirmation until I texted them through WhatsApp and they respond it.
It took only 2 hours approximately to do MCU here. The waiting longue is also comfortable. I hope the staff can be more friendly so I can give them five stars

Took my sister to the emergency unit and there was no sense of urgency or care from the male nurses. They were talking loudly on their desk while patients are trying to rest & sleep. I could hear someone playing music from the other room while the nurse was drawing blood from my sister. I just feel like it's unprofessional, please do better. Other than that there was so many mosquitoes in the emergency unit.

Very bad service at admission with regards to insurance. Staff extremely unhelpful even after the referring doctor provided solution. They rejected my patient even after clear needs. They seriously need to work on customer service. The will need to be responsible if our daughter's condition worsens because of this.

Got unpleasant experience with the Emergency Unit this night (15 Jun 2019). Understand that there are so many patients but seems less front line officer to take care. From registration until the payment need to wait so long. Supposed to be if the hospital add some more officers this can be speed up so the queueing will not be so long. Emergency is the keyword to get fast respond and treatment. Time is very very important.

This hospital changes name a few times. But the last one managed by Sime Darby is excellent. If u came here u feel like u're in a big mall tee hee :) The service and the staff e.g. doctors, nurses and health practioners are professional and they're bery helpful. Though sometimes it's a bit hard to call'em to book an appointment. My fave pediatrics are dr.Widodo Tirto, dr. Amar and dr. Badriul Hegar. They're very friendly and easily mingle with the children who came by. And i love their explanation on the disease or symptoms my kids were havin' at that time. My dad always came here for eye treatment, my mom for heart treatment plus the doctors are friendly too. So i accompanied them often while havin' a glass of starbux in front of the hospital lobby.

My Mom has been really impressed by the kindness and patience of the orthopedist, dr. Jeffry Sukmawan. He explained all the details of the procedure with very understandable language and excellent manner. Way to go Premier Bintaro!! 😘

Nurses are good
Equipment are good
Medicine department are bad
Payments and registration are the worst
I have experienced in and out patient on this hospital. The management really should consider their registration and payment process. You guys are out of number of staff. Even on non peak hour, it takes more than one hour to complete registration and payments.

I took 1 hour just to queue in the payment counter even though it was not crowded. There were only 2 staff members serving people in the registration and payment counter. It took almost 3 hours for general check up for Australia visa, which i merely spent 30 minutes to register and got checked up inside the medical checkup clinic and the rest 2,5 hours was just to wait..terrible!

My father-in-law was an inpatient and was treated very well by a team of doctors. He was in class 3 (5 patients in room) but service was still excellent.
Their standard for record keeping and digitizing all records is high. They will give you your medical records on a CD which is useless to other hospitals since they (Siloam MRCCC for example) will say they have no means for opening the CD. You'll need to ask for printed records or do it on your own.
The location is good too for visitors too as there are many places to get food from nearby as well as entertainment for passing time.
I hope I never have to go to a hospital again, but if I do I'd like it to be Premier Bintaro.

This is me and my family go-to hospital. Been come and go for +10 years but never really disappointed with the services. Operations, hospitalized, emergency -- you name it. Although when I was hospitalized one time I got bad nurses who didnt exactly know what they were doing with my hand and infusion needle so they stab all the way until 7 failed attempts; they had to be replaced by a senior nurse. That was one of the worst but hey, place is good, food is absolutely delicious, nice staffs overall, nice and professional doctors too, and sophisticated (a Starbucks is around the corner!).

Big hospital and complete. The Doctors and staffs are very welcome and professional. I take Medical check up at this hospital.
Nice building concept, it has small garden on the center of building as waiting room.
This hospital is clean and elegant, for it the price is high. But this hospital is always full of patient. You need to make call first to get registrate and entry.
The parking is large and easy to access.

This was the only "real" hospital in the Bintaro Area before RSPI Bintaro Jaya opened up further up the CBD. Fairly I have been here multiple times each on for different reasons, however never hospitalized in person in this hospital. What I do know is that this hospital has an International facility catering to foreigner patients. The hospital has undergone several facelifts and extensions so thus now its much bigger (more buildings at the back of the front building). Parking is much easier now with available parking space on the rear area of the hospital. The waiting time here is a little bit off sometimes and the price is also accordingly with its private status. I believe the selection of doctors is satisfactory however for hospitalization I still personally prefer RSPI in Pondok Indah. The rooms are quite fair and clean as well. There's also a Starbucks down in the lobby right in front of the main entrance.

Our telephone experience today was terrible. We wanted to make a poliklinik appointment but finally gave up. Pressing '2' left us hanging. Pressing '9' and going via the operator left us hanging. And when we re-tried, we repeatedly heard the 'our operators are busy' message.
Not the usual Ramsay standard...

I've been hospitalized for 3 days in first class room (2 patients) because DBD. I feel the doctor was good enough and informative, the nurses was quite polite, cheerful, and quick response. The room was clean, its facilities were fair enough. But, I also feel dissapointed because there were mosquitos (1 - 2/days) entered the room. I don't know where it came from, but the nurses/office boy never closed the door if they entered the room. They just closed the door when they came out, but not when they came in. Poor attitude. I must called the pest control man, people with mosquito's racket to catch it everyday when I saw it.

i accompanied my friend having rontgen and usg checking after got accident this morning, we need to wait so long for the result, and only after we approached the staff they produced the result, it's not proactive at all that they should print the result and call us to receive it. no proactivity also to give advise which doctor can read the result for us immediately, instead they asked my friend to come back again tomorrow. for god's sake he got an accident and need to come again? they must improve their service to customer

A nice, clean and modern looks hospital with so many doctors from different field of expertise. But then you still have to choose the right doctor carefully. Just call a friend and ask for recommendation. And...this hospital is well known as an expensive treatment.

I nearly lose my family member there just for a simple surgery. The worst thing, it is not bacuse of the surgery, but the anastecy that give high dosage, that makes patient heart beat and lung nearly stop.
In Icu, the nurse also unfriendly.
For the Quality of doctor, they have A VERY GOOD and SMART doctor. But in term of service, kindness, and helpfulness, the nurse always show the arrogancy (Mostly ICU).
The catering vendor also act like bossy. Yell to the old people without asking the situation. Seem they are the nurse

I have been vaccined on the MCU Dept for Grad School requirement Immunization. Overall the people was nice and friendly. But they still need to improve their service. So..I have been told that there is a "copied result for mantoux TB test", after the doctor has finished look at my mantoux TB test. After almost one hour, I ask the staffs whom sit in the MCU front desk and one of them told me to wait. But after approximately total 2 HOURS wait, I have been ask again to attend to the front desk and they say that there are no "a piece of paper" for my mantoux TB test, because the doctor has already written in my Immunization form from my University. So why in the first place the doctor said about the existence of the paper and the staffs confirming when I ask them again. I do not know how procedure and no one told me with a CLEAR and CLEAN language about what I have to do next. The improvement that should be made is that the one who serve the patient/ customer MUST tell exactly the steps to take or what to do next so the patient won't be confused about the process. I actually disappointed, because no one said sorry or something, just force themselves to smile at me and maybe hope for me to get lost. Simple human relation but mostly forgotten

I have been treated here for 9 days. Overall my treatment was well. The doctor is professional, room service is good, meal is also good. But this hospital is very busy. IGD / ER service was take long time because no bed available due to too many patients inside ER.

This hospital is just completely bad, the price they used and the service they offer is so not worth it. i was going to X-ray scan my arm cause I broke it by accident, then the doctor trap me to an mri scan which cost way more and scan whole body part. i did complained that i just want to scan my hand, But he said that the doctor prescribed for an mri.

I was there for 3 days...the doctor Never explain whats wrong with my heart....the services was so bad....no towels...no one change my sheets...it takes the nurse hours to bring my medicines...i was in room 271..but it was not the money..i just wanted them to help me with my breathing...my pains in my head.
He offer a drip to lower my tension...which caused me a bad headaches...so after 2 days of bad2 headache all he say was..ohh ok..take off the drip.??????
So what about my tension...NO ANSWER!!
Omg..is this how you look after your patients.....really2 disappointing
