Worst experience ever! They canceled our flight from Lombok to Jakarta and connecting flight to Singapore as well. Both for operational reason, whatever that means. They did not let us know in advance because, as they explained, they only called passengers with Indonesian phone number. After 2 hours waiting at the counter they offered us alternative flight with sleepover in Jakarta and arrival to SG 12h later than planned. In Jakarta no one seemed to be informed about it and they sent us for our luggage and told us to go by train to another terminal. We did not get our luggage and were told that they sent it directly to Singapore. After another 2 hours at customer service we booked a hotel on our own because the staff was not able to tell us how far their hotel is or if there are at least any toiletries. They did not provide any food vouchers, overnight package or at least tooth brush. No one really speaks English and staff is not helpful at all. At least they found our luggage and delivered it to our hotel in the end.

This plane very crowded at office hour,however we appreciate every ontime flight schedule 👍🏼

Had the worst flight on 25 Apr with ID6576 (10:00 AM); we were put in the plane for 2 hours without air conditioner. After that the plane flied to Surabaya, again with no air conditioner and with no apology.

The worst flight i ever have in my life. Always delay with standard answer: operational reason, dirty seat. Sitting in the cabin of ID6576 for more than 1H with no air conditioner.

Ahh, it's worst local airline! This my first time take flight with batik air. It's so horrible, didn't on time! When I booked from oversea they didn't accepted my card. Won't take it again!

Very basik facilities were. Need to improve since batic air earn much. They have crowd.
