So many good restraunts in Canngu and the Shady Shack was probably our most frequented. Awesome food with good vegan options. Definitely try the vegan Cheeseburger!

Very good place with vegan and raw food options. Delicious cocoa latte with almond milk, very tasty desserts- snickers bar, almond caramel tart, mmmmm))). Superfood salad isn't so good - too many ingredients, as for me.

This place serves some of the most incredible food I have ever eaten and soo healthy too. We are working our way through the menu and each dish is just as satisfying as the one before...

Dine at the shady shack for fantastic, flavorful vegatarian food. Each dish served was even better than the last. The outdoor ambiance was rustic and laid-back, and the service was great.

I was there on Saturday with friends and it was during lunch time, it was crowded so I suggest you make your reservation in advance. They have quite great amount of vegetarian dish choices. We tried the Apple bundt cake and it made my day!

Delicious breakfast and coffee, typical balistralian fruity smoothie bowls, and fruit. Friendly staff and you can sit outside in a beautiful shady garden full of large, tropical plants. The place gets crowded so you may have to wait a little, however they will seat you so you don't have to fight for a spot as in some other places in Canggu.

The setting is real Bali. Settled under a big mango tree you can't have it more tropical. The quality and creativity of the food is incredible. One of the best spots in Bali and Canggu. Keep it up.

Definitely one of the best spot I've tried in Canggu in general. Not even as a vegetarian/vegan. Super tasty, fresh food.
I ordered the vegan cheese burger and I was confused when it got to the table. I looked shockingly like meat. Tasted wonderful and the nut cheese was to die for.
The milkshake was out of this world. I love the fact that there straw are not made from plastic. Can't wait to go back.

Amazing spot in Canggu close to Echo Beach/Batu Bolong beach. Excellent service! Not to mention THE FOOD. Oh my god. It was so hard to choose from the menu... Ended up having a protein bowl + a whole coconut to drink. Be prepared to get a great portion of delicious healthy food!

Favorite cafe in Canggu. Perfect for health-conscious people looking for a relaxed yet trendy/popular place. Hard to find a table around 9:30-10:30am and food takes awhile to come out but it's well worth it.

We came here because of Google-Maps. The place looks really cool and the variety of drinks and food is great. The staff did not seem to be interested at all in the customers as they were talking to each other all the time so we had to wait quite long - to order and for the food. It was worth it though as this was the best breakfast/brunch we had so far in Bali! We had avocado toast with 64 min egg as well as Bircher Muesli and Fruit/Smoothie Bowl, fresh juice, lemon squash and a coconut.
Be aware that they don't do any changes to the menu and no seperate bills. 5 stars - if the staff would be a little more active and enthusiastic.

My first experience with a vegetarian/vegan restaurant. I definitely won't regret it. Though I missed meat or fish it was still suuuuper delicious. In Addition they serve one of the better coffee in Bali.

Was great until I ate walnut concealed in the vegan burger (allergic). Not listed as an ingredient. Nb the staff were lovely and took my wife to the pharmacy to get some antihistamine.
The Choc Top smoothie is great.

I got there by mistake, as I am not a vegetarian. The food was excellent (Shark Attack Burger). The staff was friendly and the place really well looked after. Interesting experience! 4 stars because of the really short bar chairs outside.

Definitely my best place for breakfast and juices in canggu you ll not find better than here, Got to go there everyday for my green juice love the food too an awesome atmosphere and energy

This is the tastiest vegan food I tried in Bali, better than the peloton! Try one of their hamburger! Everything was good and the site is really nice. Staff excellent.

Great food, reasonable price. Nice ambiance. Had a delivery company go pick up take out for us there, but he messed up and got us "island pies" instead of "island shakes", so we went back to Shady Shack ourselves and asked if there was anything they could do. They let us keep the pies AND gave us shakes. Such great service!

Amazing Vegan and Vegetarian food. Just off the main drag. This place is popular around meal times! Food takes a long time to arrive that is the only downfall and they don't serve cold coconuts they are room temperature. Other than that top notch.

Love love love everything about this place. Gypsy the owner, also owns Betelnut and is the loveliest host ever. Food is fresh, organic, vegan and amazing! My fave's are the Nori Bowl and the Falafel Plate. If you're looking for a bowl the Banana Oats and Grilled Pineapple Bircher are really good but very filling. I love the Turmeric Latte, only place I know serving it, and always get a wheatgrass shot or another health shot. Hubby loves their raw cakes, they are good, but I'm not a big sweet tooth so not the best judge. Smoothies and juices are great. Setting is beautiful, shady and chilled in a garden vibe with small pathways and tables dotted around. A must. As is Betelnut. Nailed the recipe on both places. It is therefore always busy so wouldn't recommend arriving in peak hour.

The food was amazing but I have a few complaints. First the waiters definitely were not wearing fair trade, it was definitely make by a few young children in China. I can just tell I'm good with things like this. Next when my food arrived, it wasn't pretty enough to post on my Instagram. I had to send it back 3 times before I could finally post a pic. As a Vegan I would recommend this place to some but for me it was something I'll only experience once.

Really nice food and setting. Service was friendly but s l o w and it wasn't even busy...frustrating watching other tables eating even though they arrived later than us.

OMG the best best food. I know is not authentic Balinese food but still is so delicious. A lot of gluten free, vegan and healthy food. I highly recommended. I'm looking forward to be there again.

Service is 9/10 for Bali, seriously. Super fast, super nice even at 2pm when nearly every table was occupied. Beautiful location. Food is a bit above average canggu price, but worth the value! Had a well seasoned salad with two big super tasty falafels and my friend had a creamy smoothie bowl - both dishes were awesome. Gonna come back to try more!

Great food and healthy delicious, but very inflexible with their menu meaning if you are allergic to something or have diet restrictions you can not trade ingredients, don't split bills and slow service meaning not very customer based experience. Rather experience on what's convenient w
For the restaurant. Often also don't have items on the menu available. Smoothies are also very watered down with ice yet are expensive. I would go here more often if they were more flexible but there are other cafes in the area that are organic healthy and much more customer based experience and just as delicious.

This is one of the most popular cafe's in Canggu for good reason. The food is fresh and yummy, the venue is fresh, open and always cool and the staff fill the place with smiles. I just came back from a very very satisfying lunch.
Plus the desert range is SENSATIONAL!!!
You won't be disappointed.
