I stored my bike here for over a month. Very nice people there! Easy to find and also a lot of Grab drivers seems to know it already.
You get a key for your personal storage compartment, but you also can put one or two of your own locks to the door. So it‘s very secure. It could have more light in the back, you need to take a torch/flashlight with you.

I've been with TBSS for years. the staff is ALWAYS friendly and helpful.
the unit itself is priced fairly.
i recommend you store all your things in clip seal plastic boxes... there are geckos, ants, and bugs that do get in and do poo on everything. this is completely natural in indonesia, so not a big drama if you have this info ahead of time.
things do get a musty scent, so storing a mattress probably isn't a good idea.
any fabric i have stored, is in plastic boxes, it has that 'storage' smell to it, but no mould or dampness.
they have been good to me, and there is no evidence that anyone has gotten into my unit except me (and whatever is pooing).
invest in good quality master locks, and you should be fine.

Teman Baik Self Storage is a clean and safe warehouse in Bali. I have been using their storage service for 4 years and I am happy to keep my goods in their warehouse so far. Since 2011 until now who is the customer name you mean? Actually you do not have the right to write bad things about Teman Baik Self Storage because you never become a customer and just heard from many people.
Why if your friends or your colleagues who has told you that there is a loss in Teman Baik Self Storage does not use his right as a customer who is signed Terms and Conditions ?
One of them if there is damage and loss of customers have the right to report and complain to us.
As for so far, if there is a problem will be resolved internally between the two parties and has never involved the police.

The Teman Baik receptionist is always helpful. It's a simple service and all works well. It's even possible to take a small van/truck right up to your storage unit.

So many people have told me their things are missing small thing here and there.
The owners names Valerio and Georgina Accattatis. They lie and pretend you made a mistake.
I learned too late that they are being investigated by police for theft.
Why Bali has to have such criminals.

Clean place with security. Reasonable price. Good for a long term storage from a month and more.

Very bad service. We taxied for an hour to get to the property and no one was there after they said they would be so we were unable to access our pre paid storage unit after flying across the world. Then we cancelled the storage unit all together because we weren't able to access it and they provided zero refund or any sort of customer service. I later found out that they charged me for a second month even though I has previously cancelled our unit for the first month and said we would not be using their service at all from obvious lack of customer care. They have never answered me about refunding the second month which was never meant to be charged in the first place.
