The room was big, very nice and clean.
The only thing is that the water is too hot in the bathroom.
Breakfast is ok, and they care about getting the comments of their guests in order to improve it.
The pool is simple but nice.
The staff is lovely, always helpful and smiling !
The prices are very reasonable and the location is perfect for those who want to be close to the center but not in the heart of the city.
Highly recommend to stay there.

Nice location and surroundings, attentive staff. Free fruit for dessert (which was nice but I kinda wanted ice cream). Satays were lovely and there is a mix of local, Indonesian and western (pizza and pasta) food which kept all of us happy.

People are very friendly but due to communication of the language deficult to explain and go about. English can be a great help.

Lovely boutique hotel. Delicious homemade breakfast and cosy rooms. With a very laid back atmosphere that makes you feel at home. Right beside the monkey forest park. You can follow the road that goes around the park and it's a 15min walk to center Ubud (almost the same time as the free shuttle the hotel offers). They have some problems understanding regular English (here and almost everywhere in Bali) so be prepared.

I am visiting Bali with a friend, and we walked past the Saren Indah and decided to have dinner. We fell in love with the hotel immediately and decided to book some nights. The staff is great, the restaurant is delicious, and the rooms are super clean. It is not right in the center of ubud, it is close to the monkey forest, so they supply a shuttle into town for free. This is our home away from home!

Very nice quiet place, rooms are really nice and tidy. As, probably, with all the balinesians - staff is friendly and lifetime smiling. :-)

Prima hotel vlak bij Monkey Forest. Vriendelijk personeel en goede kamers. Zwembad erbij en een goed ontbijt maken het helemaal af.
