I was fortunate to work with One Stop Events Bali on a Celebrity Wedding at Aura Selong Blanak. Their attention to detail and leadership skills along with unflappable efficiency were key elements in making this first Wedding Event at this new Venue a huge success. White Sand Weddings Lombok & Gili Islands highly recommends One Stop Bali Events and would be delighted to work with them again.

I am so grateful for Hayley and her team at one stop events bali. They planned and catered for our wedding. It was the most spectacular day and I have Hayley and her wonderful team at one stop events bali to thank. They made our day more magical then We could have ever wished for. The atmosphere, layout and design was stunning, the food was delicious, the staff were so friendly and everything was perfect. I would highly recommend one stop events bali for any event!

Do not use! I almost had a mental breakdown dealing with Jero from One Stop Events Bali. She was originally very attentive and nice when I asked her about planning a destination wedding from Australia. But once I paid her the 50% deposit, she became super disorganised and unprofessional. She was too preoccupied with opening up her cafe in Bali than to actually do her job that I paid her for. Each time I asked her to do something she'll say "soon" and kept stringing me along but not actually complete anything. Made me completely stressed out for the 6months of wedding planning due to her chaotic communication style and basically not delivering. I couldn't enjoy the wedding planning process and was upset for months due to Jero not doing simple things I asked of her (ie. like give me timeframes). 6months into wedding planning she still haven't helped me booked any vendors but kept arguing with me that she was working on things in the background. I attempted to provide feedback very nicely many times and was faced with extreme defensiveness and rudeness. When I attempted to end our contract, instead of responding to my email like a professional she sent me abusive Facebook msgs. She refused to give me any of my 50% deposit back, despite not completing anything except booking my wedding venue under her business name. Transferring the venue booking to my name was an utter nightmare because she demanded more money and wanted her extra commission fee. She even replied to a group email with the venue manager and other professionals telling me karma will get me. I've spoken to a number of her staff afterwards who told me they had to quit working for her because of how chaotic she is. I regret not pulling out earlier but I really wanted to give her the benefit of the doubt! Do your research and don't waste thousands of dollars like I did.

The most amazing night of our lives! We used One Stop / Haylee for our wedding and the whole event blew my mind! The planning was so easy with Haylee and the night so magical! 💜💜

We are a french couple living in Australia and we got married in Bali (renewal of vows) in March 2016, on the beach with a traditional balinese ceremony, it was so magical!
Jero and the team are fabulous. They listen to your needs and make your dreams happen. You just have to tell them what you'd like for your wedding and let the magic happens.
Great moment with local people who know what they're talking about. Very professional and thourough!
I definitely recommend One stop event bali for your wedding or event organisation! Thanks again to Jero who's been so kind and awesome with us!
