Hi, i stayed for about 8 nights in oceanhub hostel and i am disappointed at the way it was treated after Olivia left and sold ole ole ollie off. The ladies dorm’s toilet really really really need to go through MAJOR change. The toilet was clogged all the time and it smells bad. I don’t understand why the new owners sam and lance are doing NOTHING to make it a better place. The location is so good, the hostel is pretty, it has SO MUCH potential. I was staying in the lower bed and the bed above mine creaked so badly it was as if it was going to break! If you care about your guests, do something about it Sam and Lance! You don’t just buy over a hostel and bring money in your bank account and do NOTHING about your guests safety. This is bad. Just bad.

Nice place, lovely garden, capsule style bunk beds. This place has Soo much potential!! Really close to the beach, and nice food and drink options around. Shower and toilets could use a good work over though.

Great place to stay by the beach but just far enough away that you can have some quite time. There is a great common area to get some work done as well as a nice yard to do some morning yoga.

I really enjoyed my stay at Olé Olé Ollie! Beds are comfy (and I like the capsule style bunkbeds). The homestay is very near to the beach and it features a really nice garden. Olivia and her team are lovely. Definitely check it out if you search for a place that's quiet and relaxing.

This hostel was great. Very clean, comfy beds, and wifi that works. It's realllly close to the beach, shops, and restaurants and the people that work there are awesome. Its definitely more of a party hostel, but not too much that its overwhelminv. Everyone was really friendly and ive already recommended it to other backpackers. The only downfall is theres no pool, but the beach is so close that it makes up for it.

Feels like home.
I stayed for over a month in the mixed dorm. The beds are really comfy and the room is with AC. The dorm is cleaned everyday and the staff is really nice. Olivia is a great host and helps whenever she can.
The homestay has a super location. It’s literally across the coworking space Dojo and just 200m away from the beach (Echo Beach) where you can surf or party all night long (Sandbar).
The internet is fast and stable and there is a big table where you can also work from. There is no pool but a nice garden with hammock or beanbags where you can chillax. If you want to swim just walk down to the beach.

Love the pancakes! Try the banana and cinnamon in sauteed palm sugar pancake - oh my goodness I think I saw heavens. Pair it with local coffee - if you are adventurous try the spicy ginger coffee, it has that delicious gingery kick that is oh so good. As a side note, the owner supports stray adoption, which is very cool.

Great little hostel, it's so colorful and cutesy. Olivia was super nice and made delicious cupcakes! It's also a pretty close walk to some surrounding restaurants.
