If i can post a review without a star, then i would like to do it.. because this laundry dont even deserve 1 star..
We come to this laundry in the morning, and ask for a 1-day package, they told us its about idr 10k/kilos, we were okay with it and expect to get our clean clothes next morning, but they say it wont be ready on the next mornig and ask us to get it at the afternoon..
Next day, we came there at night (8.00pm) an what do we get?? Nothing! Our clothes werent ready yet, they said they hadnt iron it..
Then i gave them 2 hours to iron it..
I came back later and get my clothes..
Then these all make me really-reallt upset:
1. They iron it but the clothes not even tidy, all were crumpled!
2. NO PERFUME AT ALL
3. I LOST 4 of my clothes
I came back to get my lost clothes then they said "yes this is your clothes" while hand me 4 of my lost clothes, not ironed, crumpled, no perfume, like it never washed.. and you know what? He didnt even apologize to us ! and just return idr 10k to us since those 4clothes weigthed 1 kilos.

Not very honestly to tell us they don't open early on Sunday. After I told them I would leave villa and needed my clothes on Sunday morning.
