Very professional team, Captain Ayan was brave and lead his team to victory. We have discovered Ayu River with its amazing nature, the Ramayana story carved along the shore, beautiful trees, animals and waterfalls. We even took few baths. Unfortunately, at the begging my girlfriend twisted her ankle on the stairs (be careful because the stairs down to the boat are hundreds and a little bit dangerous). But at the end the staff managed the situation and took us to the hospital. Their insurance covered all the costs, so we haven't had to pay a dime. Highly recommend this trip and this staff, especially Captain Ayan.

Wonderful rafting trip. Enjoyed the experience. Cheaper than a lot of others and half the fun is riding in the back of an open ute to get there. Included lunch was very nice..

Rafting is great.
Reaching ruver and coming out is painful.
Need a cable car.

Amazing, almost 2 hours lasting rafting experience on Gangga river. Very friendly driver picked us up at the hotel exactly on arranged time. At the rafting base we recieved full equipment (helmets, lifejackets, paddles) and if you are planing to take Go Pro like we did, they also provide helmet with attachment for camera. Then the little truck took us to descent point, and after we walked all the stairs down (with amazing rain forest views) rafting in group of 4 plus 1 guide could start. Almost 2 hours of beautiful sceneries, waterfalls, and refreshing splashing water. Not too deep not too fast, we flipped the boat just once and I managed to stay on board anyway :). Lunch included in nice scenery view restaurant, you cannot choose the meal but our was good and the portion big enough. Highly recommend.

I went to inquire about price, and they were exorbitant. When I told them that other places offer rafting for 25$ they said go to cheaper place then, which I was fine with. When I went outside their property, their staff followed me, offering me a discount, they dropped price from 75$ to 50$. I still said no, not interested. Then their staff asked me where I was staying. What is their business wherever I was staying, and how does that matter when negotiating price? Pathetic ethics!

One of the best rafting place, the food is good. The rafting instructor are friendly. Ayung river is best!

Very nice view and we having fun to see jungle.stoon carving. Sound of birds beautiful water fall and garden behind luxuries Villa.

NOT recommended. Bad service and not very nice people. They had us waiting for almost an hour while picking up some other people (stupid miscommunication on driver's part) but he told us the people were taking a long time because stomach ache. This was not true, just an excuse to stall time. We decided to leave but the driver said we'd get discount, so we decided we wouldn't let this ruin it so we agreed. After arriving at the venue we had to wait another 20 min only to hear they would give us ONE lousy free photo (which we did not want because we have a GoPro). After all this we just wanted to go so we left.

Bullshit company! We Booked a trip with friends from our villa and we made a price agreement. My girlfriend and I already went rafting a couple of times. But never with this company. We were really excited to go there. And especially the newcomers to Bali. At first the driver was late. He didn't apologize and said we needed to pick up some other people. We tried to picked the other people up. We heard from the driver one of them had stomach problems. But while waiting we saw all the people come in. We saw people the whom also wanted to go rafting come in and went out to get dinner. While waiting for an hour and 15 minutes they finally arrived. They told us they had an appointment at 13.15 while we had an appointment at 12. We had a planning for the day, but couldn't make it because of this. This also means that the driver was lying about the stomach of the person who booked rafting. We told the driver we didn't want to go anymore and told him why. So went off to go to get some dinner. But before we could order the driver came to us and said that his boss wanted to talk to me. He told me would give us a discount and an extra. So we tought why not. After we arrived, the owner (or manager) told us he could give us a picture for free. We didn't agree with this and told them we wanted something else. We waited for 15 minutes again before we got some help. After that he told us he will tell the driver to bring us home. This took about 2.5 hours. So our day was almost over. The driver brought us home but this time he was driving like he was possessed. We will never go with this company again.

Seeing all the wonderfull reviews on facebook of other tourists I am wondering what went wrong here.. We got picked up at 12 at our villa left 5 minutes after 12. The driver had already pointed out that we needed to pick up two more along the way who had also planned a rafting adventure like us. Arriving at their hotel we had thought that this would not take any longer that 5 or 10 min tops. After almost an hour of waiting our mood was practically killed as we had also planned to get to the Monkey Forrest but wanted to stop by our villa first. This would take time seeing the rafting adventure would take already 2 hours and we have already lost an hour due to waiting. We decided to get out of the car and do the Monkey Forrest trip first. The driver ran after us and insisted we come along as he had his boss on the phone talking to my brother in law promising us a complentary price. The two girls have said that the arranged time for THEIR pickup was 13:15 while we had already arrived at 12:15 at their hotel. That means that the Rafting company has failed to plan the pick ups more effeciently resulting us waiting for an hour in their car! So after being on our way for almost two hours (which normally would be a ride of 15 min) we finally arrived. Expecting a good deal we arrived .. nobody apologized ONCE and in return for letting us wait for more than one hour we would receive a free picture .... OBVIOUSLY we would not agree on this. We wanted to get a good price seeing my brother in law and sister had paid a much lower price the previous year but the owner kept offering the same price and a free picture convincing us that the price was already local. My brother in law has been coming to Bali for years he was not taking this at all and nor did we. We cant believe they tried to fool us this way. We eventually left because holiday or not this is just not acceptable for us. Nobody apologized and for the mistake they have made we were not accepting just a free picture! We had our Go Pro with us also so what is a free picture against a two hour travel which normally would be a 15 min one due to a mistake they have made and were not even admitting to it . Its a shame seeing all the rest of the good reviews but due to this we will not ever be booking with this company again!
( When we asked for a compromising but fair discount there was a lady at the counter saying in bahasa Indonesia that the manager or owner should not be giving this discount to us .. basically saying that a free picture was enough. I am glad my mom tought me bahasa Indonesia because how my mom would say it : KASAR! )
