Saya 2 hr lalu beli bbrp paket. Tp stafnya salah menginput pesanan saya. Saat saya diminta mencek ulang pesanan saya di monitor, saya menemukan bbrp pesanan yg salah dan saya mengulangi pesanan saya kembali. Tp begitu trs sampai 3x dan saya jengkel. Masa saya ngomong udah jelas kok masih aja salah2. Dia yg salah tp dia juga yg keliatan kesal. Maaf ya. Sampai saya dalam hati blg kok staf stupid gini dipekerjakan. Dia menawarkan mengganti minuman untuk kids meal nya jdi Milo.Saya mengiyakan. Tp pas saya cek lagi di monitor, dia blg minumnya mau apa? Saya blg "katanya Milo?" Dia malah kayak orang bingung dan smpat ngmong ga enak. Seolah2 saya yg slah. Kalau saya inget saya ga lagi butuh makan, saya bakal pergi dr situ. Hr ini saya kembali ksana. Pesan paket Pa Nas 1 untuk 1 org dan take away. Sampai rumah saya buka isinya ayam 2 potong sm teh aja. Nasinya kemana ??.
2 orang berbeda yg melayani saya tp sama2 stupidnya.
Jengkel betul hati saya. Ksna 2x kok ga prng bener gni pelayanannya.

This McD is quite big, they have their own building and big parking area, as you can see on my photos, it’s quite crowded.
Long q has to be anticipated, well all mcds are pretty much the same and they have a kids playground too.

Mcdonalds, it is the same pretty much everywhere, this location didn't stand out as bad, nor did it stand out as anything special. It has all the well known items that you could ask for from a franchise serving the same food everywhere. The place was clean and the staff managed to get through everyone in queue even during the busier periods of time. If you are here you aren't looking for a review of the food, it is the same in every location!

I don't really like this place, but since its McD and it is near my home, I still keep coming. The thing that I don't like at this fast food restaurant is only because: first, it's too crowd and second, the service is not very nice. They up-size my order from regular to large without asking and I didn't realize until they served the order.

Always crowded. Not very clean. Most of the time got the order wrong. Regularly drive through here.

I got to raise from 3 to 4 stars as now they have Mc Cafe inside. Very convenient. Their affogato and croissants are delicious. Still a too noisy place to have a meeting.

You know MC D, they are standard. But at this MC D you have to be aware of what you are ordering. They are too crowded, especially when you are on drive through mode, please double check your order, they often forget some drinks, chips, or simply no ketchup.

It is a decent Mcdonalds with clean toilets.
But do not go on a saturday night...it is super packed and crowded on saturday nights.

I went here to attend my friend's son's birthday party. The door was broken. The birthday party room was too small. Other than that, this place is a good place to get some fast foods.

Its the third time that their menue is not complete for such a food chain is a shame. And the atmospehre is to loud and noisy.

Macdonald supposed to have same taste and quality of food everywhere, however specific on this place the food is the worst among others. I ordered breakfast muffin twice in period of 3 and both of them, the patty and muffin tasted terrible. Different experience I had on MacD at Teuku Umar which is great

Easy access from the main road. Parking is charged. Besides that, it's a good old McDonalds 😀

They even showed my kids how they make the ice ream. All staff are wonderful and helpful. Internet is really fast.

Terrible long time to wait n all the time paid with card said no working n pass the card four time ones n quest what I get debit four time but all the time at list 6 times I have to call my bank for cancel as well

Had a shocking time. Local manager has a habit of closing and opening tills all the time, meaning everyone loses their place and has to queue up again After putting up with 3 queue changes and no order for 20 minutes we gave up and went to KFC. Never seen a McDonalds so badly organised, normally they like to keep customers happy.

The worker aren't nice at all, I was ordering chicken breast but look what I got -.-
I also ordered chicken wrap, the taste is horrible, I could I say, too much flour for the wraps -.- I wanted to have matcha mcflurry but it was out of the stocks for a long time.
Well, won't repurchase anymore.
