Not worth paying to visit, most of the temple is only available to worshipers. Costs 50k to get in, pretty small, have to be wearing traditional balanese dress and cannot be on your period/bleeding.
Guy at the gate frantically blew his whistle at us and others trying to take pictures saying they were not allowed.
Visit Uluwatu temple instead

Crowd in the quiet like nothing happen with tourist life outside of temple, this place must see in seminyak-kerobokan area if you stayed close around, the care taker temple will heart-warming welcome you then you get free sarong/sash to cover your leg up. Temple has accessible wheelchair friendly one to disable.

Not worth at all, everything looks same, no guide, no priest and no worshipper inside and not maintained as well.avoid such places ,just a trap to earn money from tourist.

Small temple with some nice areas, but most is closed for worshippers only. Not worth the 50k IDR price of admission.

Temple of Devi shri laxmi a Hindi goddess and devoted to her and is an amazing place near the beach

I think the 50k for entrance is not worthy. The temple is beautiful, but you can't see the whole temple because most of places are reserved for worshipers. I would have liked to take a photo of the entrance, but they are reconstructing them. The guards were kind and helped us put on the sarong (they will give you one to get in the temple).
It's right in front of the beach entrance and you can also buy a coconut.

What the others said. Wasted 50k for the one minute it took to look around because everything is closed to the public so you're basically just looking at some dirty stairs. Total rip-off. Avoid!

Do not come here! There is nothing to see. Most of the already small temple is closed to the public. They charged 5000 for our taxi to drop us off and 50000 to enter the temple. Waste of a journey and the 2 minutes it took us to look around.

Asking for 50,000 to enter this small temple even with own sarong. Crazy!

Nice temple, you cannot enter without paying, but bargaining you can low the price from 20000 to 5000 (start from 1000) we enjoyed it because there everyone was not smile us at all, so we finally saw real people, and not tourist acting smiles. Salsa there were a big ceremony.

This temple is pretty small and run-down. You need to pay for the entrance, and you can't get in without a sarong.

You are asked to pay donations and wear sarong even if you are well dressed. You can totally avoid visiting this place and you won't miss anything.
