Very pretty temple to visit, especially if you’re already in the area to see the rice terraces. Parking was 2 or 3k and entry was 15k - they give you a sarong to wear. We didn’t spend ages looking around but there was lots to see and I can imagine if you had a guide there’d be amazing history to learn.

People were feeding the fish which was pretty cool - so many of them to see! If you’ve already seen loads of temples in bali then you won’t see anything new here but perhaps if you’re only thinking of visiting one or two I think this would be a good one as it’s so large and pretty.

Don’t buy water from the local sellers - 20k for a bottle! Went at 1pm on a weekday and it wasn’t busy at all.

Beautiful Hindu temple. It's worth a visit.

One of the better temple, less touristy than the others in the area.

This one has much less tourist comparing with Pura Tirta Empul. You can find water, spring water and holy water here as well. From my personal view it is better than Pura Tirta Empul and local people would have shower, bath (different areas for men and women) even wash their clothes using the water. This is true local temple and usually no group visitors. Highly recommended and enjoy. Oh, the opening hour is around 8am and you need to buy ticket. Actually I came before 8am and when I came out I bought the ticket :)

Stunning archeological setting and nature's green walls everywhere. Absolutely beautiful

Beautiful and very peaceful temple. Has nice garden before the entrance to an actual temple area. Very impressive temple structures and the carving and paint work. There is a pond just before exit.. has a lot of fish (you can buy a bag of fish food to feed them for Rp. 5000).
Entry fee for this temple is IDR 15,000 per adult and IDR 7,500 per child (they provide free sarong at the entrance).

One of the nicer places to visit north of Ubud. It was quiet when we visited. Entry fee was 10K IDR, you will need a Sarong to enter so either buy one beforehand from Ubud or they have them at the temple you can borrow. There is a donation box should you feel willing to donate however this is not compulsory and it is not forced compared to other places.
To bathe in the holy water you will need a different Sarong as the one you borrow from the entrance you are not allowed to get wet. For these sarongs they are 10,000 IDR should you wish to rent. Guides are available to show you what to do.

Looks just like any other temple, except the fact they kept birds in small cages. The bids went cookoo in these cages.
Otherwise 5 stars, but the bird is the word.

I found this temple when I was lost on my motorbike, this place is truly spiritual and the most amazing temple I've ever seen in Bali!

This is an amazing place with very few tourists. Most tourists are in Tirta Empul, but this temple is a lot more beautiful and equally powerful on an energetic level. 15K for entry.

Peaceful ground. We were granted special permission for a yoga session at the ground. 👍

This place looks like it's been built in a quarry. It's a nice calm place to sit and just watch the fish in the big pond. The way the jungle just grows down the sheer walls is just amazing, You could be in a (Apocalypse Now ) film set.

A beautiful temple. One of the biggest attractions is that it is much less visited than other temples in the area although it has great significance in Bali.
