Very beautyful villa located on the hill with a view to the green palm forest. All the nature is around.

A beautiful peaceful jungle paradise that really does invoke what ubud used to be, before the hustle and explosion of the tourist scene.
The balinese staff are what makes this place extra special. Always smiling, always ready to serve your every need, whether its local information, a glass of water or the fantastic healthy breakfast included in your room rate.
Kris, the welcoming face to our visit to the villa, was impressionable with not only his well informed conversation, but also his interest in ensuring only the best experience for the guests. I look forward to seeing him next time we are in Ubud, as my fiance definately will need to see this place when we come next year.
There is nothing I can mention that seems negative feedback with this beautiful villa paradise. The boutique detail is breathtaking.
Being a hotelier myself, I appreciate above and beyond great service. So in saying so,
hope that the amazing balinese staff are receiving recognition and reward incentive for their job well done!! As a regular traveller to Bali, this is very important for me as a guest to see the local people be recognised and paid equally as they are the face of most business.
Many Thanks to Eva and your family, your Bali home absolutely feels like home for us!! You should be very proud of this little piece of paradise!!
Many thanks and we will see you again soon!!!
Miss Tia and Mrs Kerrie

Peaceful location, friendly staff and views that will take your breath away. Expect nature's finest as you are in the jungle. No need for an alarm clock either.

We stayed here for two days. The view is stunning. The pool is small though they tried to give the air of Infinity Pools (lol) which is nice. The breakfast is enough. The rooms are pretty clean and the decoration of the rooms is both original and traditional. We stayed in one of the rooms where the bathroom is open to nature. At first, I kinda got scared because any kind of animal from the jungle might jump onto me, y'know. At night, you sleep with the sound of nature that is the symphony of bugs and kekos and lizards. You should know all of these before coming here. If you have any phobia of bugs, then staying here will be a torture or challenge to you (according to your view). The location is okay if you rent a motorbike coz it is quite far to Ubud centre. Don't forget to bring snacks coz they don't have any restaurant in the hotel. There are a few restaurants nearby. Bird's nest(Thai Food) was our fav. The staff was great! They were so respectful and helpful. Thank you again for their service.

Superbe hôtel à Ubud au milieu de la végétation. Décoration typique indonésienne très jolie. Personnel extra très agréable qui donne de bons conseils sur les transports. Je recommande fortement!

DO NOT STAY HERE IN RAINY SEASON. Your bed will forever be damp and it will be bug heaven, especially Mosquitos which is extremely dangerous. Also if you must stay here only purchase a deluxe room. Me and my boyfriend had a standard room which didn't even have doors that shut properly, allowing bugs to enter our room, we had to fill the massive gap with a towel. The shower is closed off from the outside with a small shower curtain allowing other guests to possibly see you naked (this goes for girls). The staff at first were lovely until they tried to rip us off when we booked a bicycle tour. She said to us 50 Australian dollars for a private bicycle tour and when we finished all of a sudden it was at least 60 dollars per person as she claimed it had to be exchanged in American money when she told us it would be Australian exchanged to Rp (duh we are Australian). The only good thing about this hotel (NOT VILLAS) is the views.

Paisagem fantástica. Quartos pequenos. Pequeno Almoço muito bom.

The Green Spirit Villa is an intriguing experience. Its a little bit hard to find, tucked away on a cliff behind a residential property. Be prepared for a lot of stairs..
But when you first see that few, you'll be happy you came.
Theres only a few rooms, so its quiet and peaceful. Its very home-like. The reception area is like visiting a communal house.
The staff are lovely and will help with anything you need help with.
My only criticism was the security. There was no safety deposit box, and the rooms themselves cannot be secured completely. For the Balinese, this is all rather normal, but for an un-trusting traveler like myself, I felt a little uncomfortable going too far away from my bags.

Awesome view, welcoming people, relaxing stay. Ubud as I have imagined.
