A place a little out of the ways... But coffee with real cows milk and not been forced to drink vegan almond milk coffee like most places in Ubud... Worth the trip... Breakfasts awesome

Great green Curry and the atmosphere is so nice. The juices are super good. Taste the jamu-jamu. Kitchen closes at 9 pm. It is not the cheapest one but good.

Cafe Vespa quickly became my local breakfast spot after arriving in Ubud a week ago. The cappuccino’s are incredible, outdoing most coffee shops that I have been to (and I’ve been to many). The menu is lovely. I highly recommend the Poached Egg and Pesto breakfast, a coffee and an Alkaline and Enzyme juice to kick off your day 👌🏻💕

Food and coffee were great, but a bit more on the pricey side. Lots of vegan and vegetarian options. Went twice and both times it was a bit disruptive with children, so probably a good place to bring the family. The carrot cake was really good! Very relaxed atmosphere.

Food at this place is amazing and the portion size is just right. The menu offers a variety of options to choose from the juices/smoothies taste great. Not a fan of the coffee here but do recommend everything else. Short walking distance away from any area in Penestanan.

Wonderful food! I've had the falafel, butterfly chicken, and pesto pasta. Service is quick and with a smile. Prices are reasonable. And all they ask for is that you come dressed appropriately!!

Food is delicious but maybe on the upper end of pricing for Ubud. Fast WiFi and you can sit to get work done. They cook their own cakes and the coffee is great.

We are staying up the road at the Mansion Hotel and walked past the Cafe Vespa a couple of times and popped in for food.
So wish we had found it earlier.
Lovely and chilled and amazing food.

A lovely neighborhood restaurant with a nice menu and a broad selection of coffees and teas. Friendly vibe and good Internet. It's on the small side and can get crowded. I was asked to share a table with a fellow patron, which was fine. I enjoyed the conversation. The offer take-out (or take away as they say here).

My God, this place attracts some of the worst customers. Just the shallowest, smarmiest, most unctuous people I've ever seen assembled. Which is to say that the people-watching it top-notch. Decent-to-good food, coffee, and tea. Nice staff. Reliable internet and several outlets if you need to work on a laptop.

Try their vegetable stack! And the fruit paradise tea! Overall this place is awesome! The healthy food are so creatively made. The only downside is they only accept cash. Real unfortunate since i would love to spend much here

Good location, good food & coffee.
- in a daycare setting... this place gets invaded with parents and their unruly children. They have no clue or consideration fir other patrons as their children freely run around disrupting others.
- waitresses were chatting among each other so loudly I could barely read my book.

Delicious food at a reasonable price. Very friendly staff with a great atmosphere. Definitely worth the visit. If walking, take the alleyway cut through with the stairs

We ate here four times during our three day stay and every time it did not disappoint!! Friendly waitstaff, lots of vegan and vegetarian options, excellent coffee, and cute decor to boot. It's a very family friendly cafe open for breakfast l, lunch, and dinner and very quickly became our go-to for all three! Try their pumpkin dosa, it's beyond amazing.

Woah. My wife and I had super wholesome tasty dishes, my son went for the fish and chips and they were some of the best I've ever had. Literally. Really good place.

Our favorite little coffee shop and breakfast place in Ubud. We would go every morning and have our coffees and breakfast. It mainly aims for westerners and has a lot of western inspired dishes. But they do have some balinese favorites as well. The espresso is delicious and they make very good espresso based coffees. Would highly recommend this place for anyone close by! Makes for a good breakfast stop and has solid WiFi if you need to do some browsing on your phone or computer.

My favorite cafe in ubud. The coffee is great. Love the pumpkin soup. The owner Neil is a delight. The vibe of the place is really relaxed and chill. The kind of place people don't just go for food they also go to hang out for hours with friends or their laptop. 😊

Great and very popular cafeteria. Menu never changes but it is good enough to satisfy various tastes. Great chocolate bars.

Loved this place. Stayed just up the road in a villa. Great coffee, good service, well priced. Great options for veggo's too. We tried most of the menu and thought it all was great. Came back many times during our time in Ubud.

The raw chocolate is yummy! Try the cashew and raisin. Jamu jamu is refreshing on a hot day and has anti-inflammatory and anti-bacterial properties too!

Atmosphere in the evening is dimly lit & inviting. There are many outlets + WiFi so I imagine it's a great place to plug in and work.
Food wise, the "vegetable stack" was great, especially the sauce that it's served on. It's the kind of sauce you wipe clean off of the plate.
The tofu patties (we opted for tofu only but it can come with chicken as well) with sweet Asian sauce, vegetables, rice and salad of your choice, was an impressive portion and very tasty. The patties weren't quite patties, but rather sliced pieces of tofu topped with a great sauce with just the right amount of sweetness. Layered between the slices were pieces of eggplant. It was topped with a lot of cilantro so if that's not something you enjoy just ask for no cilantro. Would definitely order both dishes again though there were many vegetarian friendly options I'd want to try as well!
