Thankyou for helping us to extend my boyfriend's tourist visa, as his visa almost expired. The visa agent bali team was really helpful to get us through all the process. Before, we tried to do it ourselves but we got rejected by immigration due to his visa was only three days before expired, and immigration told us to leave out of the country. Then we came to this agency and got the problem solved.

I went one time for information and other to do photocopies and they were amazingly nice even though I decided to do the process by myself in the north. Absolutely recommended :)))))

Carolina and her family/team have been extremely helpful and a trustworthy source of helping me save time with the visa extension process.
Have been here 9 months and they are my go to for the 60 day Visa on arrival extension.
Just found out that a business visa is 5 million IDR —> $375 USD... and I don’t need to go to immigration at all... huge time saver and cost savings long term... it lasts for 1 year and all you need to do is leave every 60 days.
Very reliable and professional. Have told all my friends who stay here long term or simply need to extend their stay.

My wife and I used their super fast visa extension service and they had it done in 2 business days! It saved us a ton of time and the only thing we had to do was go to the immigration office once. It took us 10 minutes and we were done. Our passports were returned the next day with a 30 day extension. Trustworthy and professional service.

I came into the shop on the 27th of September needing some advice on what would happen if I over stayed on my visa. They then lied to me and told me that overstaying would cost me 1 million per day - which was changed from 300,000 just two days ago on the 25th of September. They then proceeded to try and sell me a visa extension for 3.5 million IDR.
I refused and decided to book a return flight to Malaysia. When arriving at the immigration office at the airport they informed me that the overstay fine was still 300,000 IDR.
Do not trust this company!

We went to Ricky and his team at Bali visa extension at Canggu. I would highly recommend these guys our visa was processed and passport was back to us in 3 days. Thanks again for the great service.

They try to upsell you when a regular extension will do just fine by suggesting that the time it takes to complete the extension should be done before your current visa expires to scare you into buying their expedited service. Other agencies are cheaper and provide pick up and drop off services. Don't waste your time with these guys

I used this company for my visa extension and found them very helpful. The response time to emails & messages was impressively quick. I dealt with Ricky, he's very friendly, extremely helpful and professional. I had my passport back within a couple of days. I'd definitely recommend this company & I'll be using them again on my next visit to Bali. Highly recommended!!!

Very trustworthy visa agent. My and my fiance extended our visa several times there. They also drove us to Immigration office for photografs. What a service! Located next to cocomarkt, across the street, in Berawa.

Amazing to deal with, we went to the office and met with Richola to hand over our passports, we than left the main island for a week and kept in touch via WhatsApp, the day before we returned we sent a message to notify Richola and it was arranged to meet at immigration for finger prints the next day. We were literally in and out in ten minutes! Fastest trip to immigration we have ever had! Our passports where hand delivered to our villa the next day. Nice people, good English and fast service. Totally worth paying for the fast visa. Will definitely use them next time we are in Bali, thanks guys

Really substandard experience working with Bali Visa Agent to extend my 30-day tourist visa. It took more than one month (when we were promised 10-14 days). One reason for the delay was holiday closures but this was not effectively communicated to us. We also had a lot of challenges with communications - my confirmation was sent to my sister in law, hers was sent to my husband, etc. So unorganized! Given the added cost of the service, I would expect much stronger communications. Very disappointed.

I chose the Super Fast Service (1 day, 1.5 mio rp), because my visa had only a few days left and a visa run was no option.
Fabio and Carolina were super nice, they even picked up my passport the evening before. The next day I only had to visit the immigration office, get my fingerprints and photos taken (30 min) and on the same day my passport was delivered to my guesthouse.
At the immigration office, I was assisted by the staff member Richola.

I urgently needed a visa extension - when I arrived the agent was just about to leave to the immigration authorities. No time for formalities, so I just handed him over my passport and the fee, there was no time for filling in forms. From there on everything went smooth: Next day I was invited to the immigration office, had to wait maybe 10 minutes and alredy one day after that the passport with the extended visa was delivered to me. Absolutely trustworthy and professional.

Great experience. Communication was fantastic and costumer service was on point. They made me feel comfortable with them having my passport over 2 weeks because I was traveling around Indonesia. When I came back to bali. They made a appointment for photos and finger print. When I got to the immigration office my number was up next. I was in there for 10min and I was done. Super happy with they service and super kind people.
