New hotel, clean, has garden inside. And they have terrace. No WiFi connection and no hot water in the shower. Breakfast is alright. Close to the airport

My friends lost her camera here. Fujifilm XA-2. She forgot to bring it, because we were in hurry for tour. She put it on the corner of wardrobe beside the luggage. Before we left our room, we put the "make up room" sign.
When we comeback to the hotel (around 9pm) the position of camera's bag was covered by packs of her dirty clothes (meanwhile before she left, she put her dirty clotes on her luggage). Other stuff changed into the neater position except my friends' dirty clothes. The camera bag still in place BUT the camera and the charger is gone. The only item left were her identity card and boarding pass inside camera pocket.
We immediatelly report it to the receptionist. He said, "please wait, because we have to check the employee in charge".
The receptionist made us to wait for almost 30 minutes and took care the other customer first.It made us so distressed, because the receptionist choose to do the other customer than us(regarding the urgency)
AND It happened when they have 6 staffs who did nothing, they only standing still on the receptionist. The owner also there, but he did nothing. They didnt even calm us or even say sorry. HMM!!
After we were waiting for almost 30 minutes, my friend called the reception and they FINALLY come to us. The owner ask the cronology and gather the staff. There's 4 staff who cleaned our room (1 girl, 2 boys and the supervisor). The staff said they didnt see/touch the camera bag and PACKS of dirty clothes beside the baggage. (How come dude?! The dirty clothes were not in place)
My friend ask the owner to see the CCTV and he showed it to us, but sadly one of the CCTV (at garden) was off since 2/3 days ago (he also not sure about it). The only CCTV online is in the coridor. We suspect one of the employee came from the garden outside the room, but without the evidence, we cant accused him. Eventhough we already have one suspect because he was so nervous and keep explain unnecesary things.
Around 10pm the supervisor came, and he blamed us. Not one but TWICE.They suspicious about our aliby, they accused us lied about the camera, and certain we forgot our camera somewhere outside the hotel.HM
Around 1am next day we ended the search, and they STILL didnt even say sorry.
Update :
They said sorry in the next morning, and they promised to check the fingerprint on the camera bag and report it to police.
Update :
We called the owner to ask LP(Laporan Polisi/ Police Report number).The owner cant aswer that and hung up on us.HMM
We dissapointed the manager/owner/supervisor didnt serve the solution to the problem.and DARE TO blamed us.
Apart from that accident :
- There's a lot of mosquito in the room
- They didnt check the room first when we check in
(Theres no tissue when we first arrived)
- Staff didnt wear uniform
- They didnt learn the basic manner to greet their customer
- They didnt have wifi
