I was quite disappointed with their service due to the fault of the customer service officer. I booked a full body massage with a female therapist and in a private VIP room by phone. The officer agreed to serve me with a private VIP room and said the cost is 190k for a VIP room.
I arrived on time for my appointment at 3.30 pm. The front officer said she didn’t know that I had booked a private VIP room with a female therapist. I complained and she said that there was just a staff shift. And she prioritised a person who came in right before me though he hadn’t reserved by phone yet in advanced. In the end, I got the mixed bed which costed me 150k. It was not what I expected to have.
Though the customer service was bad, the massage therapist seemed to have trained well.

Terapis nya ramah ,cara memijit tepat di bagian yg sakit,hasilnya setelah di pijat refleksi berasa enak di badan dan benar2 bugar kembali ..

I often go to Nakamura by trying other places. What I've tried is that solo is the new solo at Grandmall in Goro Asalam and in the Legi market. From all four places, the grand mall is good. But the best in Goro Asalam. The therapy is awesome and I feel right. Yesterday, the one I tried in the Legi market was very disappointed because the therapy was inexperienced and the treament that I had obtained was not like in the Grand Mall and in Goro Asalam, it was incomplete and only repeated the massage. Disappointed

Terapi di Nakamura Solo Grand Mall itu enak bgt.. Keluhan dibahu sama pinggangku langsung ilang hbis dipijit.. Lanjutkan 👌

Alhamdulilah setelah mncoba terapi di nakamura sakit di pinggang q sedikit demi sedikit mulai berkurang dan skrang dah hilang spenuhnya, sekarang q rutin terapi di nakamura sebulan 2 kli. . . Ayo semua mncoba terapi di nakamuna di jamin mantap....

Selain mendapat pelayanan yg baik teknik pemijatannya jga memuaskan dan saya sangat senang, setelah therapi di Nakamura nyeri pinggang saya jd sembuh ..

Terapinya mantap, jadi seger kembali setelah merasakan sentuhan sehat ala Nakamura.. pokoknya rekomen deh buat yang mau manjain tubuh, daripada nunggu sakit mending dicegah dulu broo.
