Back here again after a year ago.. love the environment.. a nice place to gather for large group.. small and big meetings room are available.. it quiet secluded, so it's not bother by any other outside activity... Rooms are clean, food are delicious.. sport activities are provided, basketball courts, swimming pool, table tennis, etc.. but there's no refrigerator in the standard room..

Nice place around Ciawi, very recomend for office meeting or fill vacation with family , having huge eating room with good view to recidential area around that dominate with green color of tree.

Tempatnya bagus terutama untuk acara kantor atau sekolah, banyak ruang pertemuan dan lapangan. ruang makan luas dan juga kamar tidur dan kamar mandinya bersih. view bisa langsung terlihat gunung pangrango.

Great view & ambience. Bedroom are clean, tidy, and well manage. Food not too good.

Good place to have a company or Church events. Can accommodate around 500pax. Will be a greater place if they can work on their meals better.

Bukit Palem resort is a nice resort with clean bright rooms, nice swimming pools, lots of sports facilities and rooms with great views. We were really satisfied with the facilities they offer and we had a great time.
However, the staffs here is poorly trained and lacks professionalism.. I'm sure the staff here didn't have any intention to dissapoint us, but merely because of their lack of knowledge, they tend to do.. some example from our experience, they deliver breakfast at 8 am sharp, banging at the door while we're sleeping.. for most of you breakfast at 8 probably isn't a problem at all, but if you slept at 2 in the morning after a long night and wanted to sleep till 10, it will make you upset.. another example is when we had dinner the night before.. there were only 2 staffs serving us, 1 cook and 1 waiter.. we had a bad experience. The food took so long (±1 hour), some food was still raw, a lot of food in the menu wasn't available, tasted average..
I'm not totally disappointed of the resort, but i think there is a lot that needs to be improved, especially in the staff and service department..

Lokasi agak jauh dari jalan utama, jalan menuju lokasi kurang bagus dan sempit. Hotelnya nyaman, cocok untuk acara kantor/gathering. Pemandangan gunung salak dari restorannya mantap

Great place for company or event gathering. Fits up to 800-1000 occupants. Ample open space for activities, great swimming pool and several sizes meeting room/hall.

The place is new, everything is still nice. Great for office training and outbond activity. However as many places in Puncak area, connection to public transport is poor.

tempatnya luas sekali, viewnya bagus banget dari restaurant terhampar gunung salah yang bagus, dari penginapan villanya dapat view gunung pangrango
