Good food. Only serves Padang-style food where all of the food are served on plates for you to choose to eat with your rice.
The place is clean, with spacious musholla (muslims pray room) and clean toilets.

Once visited by Jokowi, this restaurant offers Masakan Padang (Minangnese culinary). The taste is great, the famous Bareh Solok also exists here. I tried ikan patai balado, ayam goreng and talua barenda. Lazzis!!! It located a bit outside of Solok city, road to Sawah Lunto.

This restaurant is located at the Trans Sumatran main road, so no wonder they have no complete meal after 9 pm.
About the cuisine; for the person like me who originally from Javanese, this Minang culinary were very excellent but to me, it's extremely too hot. But I must grab it because all the cuisine here were all super delicious. Love it.

This restaurant offers traditional Minang dishes, including the famous rendang (spicy meat in coconut milk cooked for hours with low heat until it dries up, voted as number one in world's 50 most delicious food list by CNN International readers), gulai (meat/chicken/fish cooked in spicy, rich, yellowish, curry-like coconut milk sauce) and pangek (fish cooked over low heat in spicy & sour sauce).
I think this is the most famous Minang restaurant in Solok City.

Somehow I must patronize this stall each time I go to Solok. Nice food especially the beef rendang, ayam kampong goreng and the irresistible 'jangi', the cow skin crackers with the ever mouth savory 'gulai' that goes well with hot steamy white rice that one must eat with ✋!

Banyak pengunjungnya. Goreng petai dan terinya enak. Gulai gajeboh jarang ada dimana2. .Restoran besar di kota solok.

Karyawan perlu diberikan pelatihan agar bisa melayani tamu dengan ramah, jangan acuh saja dengan pelanggan.
Mudah senyum mudah rezeki, rezeki rumah makan dari pelanggan.
