The most recommended ayam geprek you should try. They offered spicy ayam geprek without any level of spiciness but it's up to your ability to endure the spiciness. It's yourself who decided how many chillies that you want on your fried chicken. I must say if you can't handle any spiciness, you only need 1 chilli but 10 is for all of you the spicy lover. They also not only offered ayam geprek but also tempeh goreng, fried tofu, fried eggs, etc. They also have es cendol. And font ever worry much about its price, I guarantee 👌👌👌👌👌

This is the epitome of ayam geprek. Bu Rumi was the very first one to start the ayam geprek craze, which now has gone all over the country. The ayam geprek is surprisingly easy to make; each serving consists of fried chicken (which you are to pick yourself), one clove of garlic and as many chili as you like. They'll smash the combination into pulps with a stone mortar and pestle, hence the name 'geprek'. They have 3 options of soup-based dish to accompany your ayam geprek.
The price is too good to be true; a serving of spicy fried chicken with unlimited supply of rice and drinking water costs Rp12.000 (that's less than a dollar!!!!). The place is not clean, what do you expect with such price?
Is Bu Rumi a must visit in Yogyakarta? Yes, indeed.

So spicy af. The place is a little bit difficult to find, but that's no matter. The price is very cheap and the taste is nice.

Very cheap, i order 1 with an ice tea, only costs 15k, very spicy, and quite a big portion. But now the meat in the fried chicken becoming little small.. Maybe the price is rising.. And they dont want to add new price.. But still.. Great taste. You can also get your rice and vegetables all you can eat!
