The clerk lies to me that the treatment were all full, turned out the water went off. I came here 9am and it is raining.

I got two type of treatments in Laseca on 4th October 2017:
1. Body Shop Mani-Pedi : 120k
The worst mani-pedi I have ever gotten. My left and right toes do not receive the same clip / shape.
The same goes to my fingers. They're not cut in the same manner / nail shape even amongst fingers of the same side.
I chose the buffer option since that's
what I prefer compared to wearing just a clear nail coating. It did nothing. My nails did not get that usual amazing shine I usually get from meni pedi elsewhere.
My suggestion: do not get this treatment here. Pay a little extra elsewhere (or even the same price in some salon I have been to before) and get wayy better and proper manicure and pedicure.
2. Caramel Waxing (Underarm + Half Legs) : 45k + 55k
The therapists are clearly inexperience in handling caramel waxing (easily judged by the way they apply the caramel wax on my skin) .
The result: As I predicted, many hairs got left behind. But I didn't bother correcting them with my half legs as I did for my armpits.
Verdict: Not going to come here again.

It's cheap and quite luxurious for the price, the front office is quite helpful. But don't expect too much for the service. Make sure you get 'senior' therapist. They're doing the massage a lot better than those noisy teenage therapists. They'll massage you with their finger tips randomly! Laughing & gossiping near the stairs.

Pelayanannya ramah, banyak promo menarik, bagi yg member sangat diuntungkan dg diskon dan special promo, CS juga ramah, slalu ontime kasih ucapan ultah dan tak lupa kado berupa voucher yg wajib dipake 😄

pros: lots of promotion and cheap, the rest of it? a big no, especially the therapist, they may seem friendly but not for their attitude of working as therapist!

not recomended. expensive and to fast. bath tup not warm and not clean. they clean my face after face mask not really clean and dirty.
tidak rekomendasi disini. mahal dan terlalu cepat pelayanannya. rendamnya airnya ga dingin. membersikan masker juga tidak bersih.
fasilitas bagus tapi terapisnya kurang bagus eman sekali salonnya padahal salonnya fasilitas dan perlengkapannya bagus.
aku ambil paket 155 tp semua perawatan ga ada yg maksimal tidak ada 2 jam mungkin.

Great massage, body spa, and hair spa at best price. Nice and friendly therapists or receptionists. Comfortable place to visit.
