Utama Raya is a nice hotel for staying with a reasonable price. It has also a nice Restaurant near the resort for having breakfast, lunch and dinner

It was a nice experience staying at this hotel. It was cheap but what they provide was more than the price we paid. The room was spacious and clean and had a queen sized bedroom which was quite comfortable. Other facilities in the room include a closet, refrigerator and TV. The bathroom was also spacious and clean with hot and cold water. We slept here on our way from Bali to Surabaya and we might drop by and stay again when we are too exhausted from driving the long distance.

Good place to take a rest after 8 hours driving from Denpasar or about 3 hours from Surabaya. you can fullfill fuel, or buying food drink at restaurant. Good news for family with children, u can take a rest at Hotel Villas there, with garden view or Sunset at the beach about 200 m away from parking area. good place and vision of its owner

Such a great place to spend your weekend. It's affordable and have a nice environment plus the surroundings. The staff were friendly, it's just they probably need more training to show more professional manner during work time.

My favorite place when visiting or passing by Probolinggo/Situbondo. It is located at northern Java main road (pantura) between Surabaya and Banyuwangi, if you wanted to drive or ride from Surabaya to Bali you must've pass this place.
It provides great one stop services, huge petrol station, restaurant, coffee shop, ATM machines, motels and also beach front cottages.
I oftentimes stay in the motel for working, not so bad, clean & worth with the price.

Good Hotel, nice view. But everything you have to pay. Shuttle to the beach, toilet at the restaurant. Even you are guest and eat at that restaurant, you have to pay.

Nightmare. The room was so hot. We checked in at 20.00 and check out at 23.30.
I wonder if the other room was the same.
We request technician to came but the aircon is still hot. Asked to change room but the said its fully booked. So we decide to check out and continue our journey. I will not come here anymore.

Beautiful complex & 5 bdrm Villa with 5 ensuites, western style toilets, 2 kitchenettes, TVs etc however no toilet paper, no top bed sheet & only 1 towel provided per room. Mini mart on site, water activities, cafes & restaurant. Situated away from main road behind large Service Station. Would recommend with some minor update of conveniences. Group of 9 people.

Nice hotel with plenty of facilities. The area provide gas station, atm, cafe jamu, convenience store, restaurant, mosque, hotel, cottage, sea sport. Good price.
We booked 5 rooms, one of the room is unfinish painted, one room: air conditioned was not working properly. Overall it is the most pleasant and convenience hotel to stay in the area.

The room is good and clean. A lot of tree and garden. The hotel is very near with beach. There are good mosque inside. Near with a lot of restaurant. The air conditioner in my room is not work well, but still acceptable. The breakfast is only one menu.

Visited this place on our trip to Bali. It looked good from outside. 2 floors building with nice park up front that gave good ambience. We randomly searched for vacancy through online agent, but no rooms available even until next year lol, that's very odd.

Best hotel on the northern shore of East Java Province with nice view and white sand beach. Located at Banyu Glugur, district Situbondo. Suitable for the long traveller's rest area between Surabaya and Bali vice versa. A public fuel pump station, restaurant, mini mart was also available in front of the cottage. Room rates are very reasonable

Plenty of rooms. They're clean and the bathroom is rather clean also. Comfy cafes. Lots of mosquitoes in the rooms. Better ask the staff to bugspray your room before dinner so by bedtime it's mosquito free.

This place is best for rest area in anyway travelers need. The concept is so brilliant for having this venue not only for short stop for filling up the gas or eating but also for spending the night. They have private beach where we can do snorkling(the equipment free for hotel guests ) or kayaking. Foods have many different kinds, so awesome! The prices is very affordable, they also have cafe with sea view. The hotel rates is cheap. My family and I stayed in the cheapest room for 250,000 IDR and one extra bed for 75,000 IDR. It was great! A room with a TV, AC, hot shower, bottle water, a big refrigerator in the room, and balcony. It was just perfect for people with careful budget like me. For those visitors come by public transport, this is easy as it is on the main road in Raya Besuki about 20 kms from Pantai Pasir Putih Situbondo. The busses from Banyuwangi to Surabaya pass anytime and look very comfortable. It is a little bit further from the popular Pasir Putih but a lot nicer, cheaper, quieter and worth every single penny.

This area build with complete facilities for travelers. There is a gas station, hotel, cafe, restaurant, villas and cottages, beach, convenience store in one place with affordable price. Rooms are clean and cozy. Staffs are fast response. I like the tropical atmosphere here plus you'll get free access to the hotel beach.

Loooovvvvvveeeee this!!!! If there's any word beyond love then i'll be saying that. Firstly you wont tell there's a beach and villas because it's just a petrol station from the outside. The beach is quite small tho, but it's paid off with the facilities you'll get. Not to mention the price range are crazy affordable. You'll get romantic view of beach villa only for IDR 600/night ($60 approx). The staffs are well trained but dont compare it to 5 star hotel staffs, still. I dont have any reason why you dont want to go to this place.

Comfortable for a vacation with the family, near the beach though only small beaches. There is a cafe on the beach, so the atmosphere feels like in Bali. Good Wifi outdoors, unfortunately the signal is not reachable in the room. The air conditioner in the room is slow to cool, probably because the air conditioner's size is only half PK. Hopefully can be further improved facilities. After all nice place to visit. 😊👍🏼

Clean and new room, but sometimes a little bit smell. Huge room. Bathroom could be improve. Breakfast option for hotel guest need to be improved.. Cheap

It was huge place.. enjoyable.. we can enjoy beach and sunset.. reasonable price.. it was only 20$ per night with cozy place and bath tub.. it is a great deal.. they have their own caffe and resto.. even supermarket and gasoline.. 😍😍😍
There is no fitness center but i think soon will be avaiable.. this acommodation is still on progress so they will build everything soon.. even waterboomm so check it out.. 😉

Whow! Only phantastic! Für 250'000 Rupiah ein Luxus! I don't know how they do this - but one of the best place for a rest area where I've see untill 2 mounth in Indonesia! And it is Villa!

overall ok...hanya pengalaman buruk hari ini saat tunggu waktu check in 3 jam di lobby malah di usir petugas....pdhl diluar hujan deras...sofa di lobby spt sofa keramat......Tamu hotel tdk boleh duduk lantas siapa yg boleh duduk disana????????????
