It's okay for one night visit. The sink in the bathroom leaked. Whilst brushing my teeth, I could wash my feet too. If you need fresh air in the bedroom, you can't open the windows.
The breakfast consists a cup of tea/ coffee, and sweet bread. All that takeaway, which for me was very good option as I don't eat breakfast.
There is a free shuttle from and to airport. It was very difficult for me to find how to get from terminal 3 to terminal 1 and find how to actually get the shuttle. Airport staff barely speak English and say "yes" to anything you ask them. It took me good hour or so to figure out how to get there.
Hotel staff were very friendly though.

It's a good and clean place to stay with very friendly staff. They will go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. I needed a power cord adaptor and they were able to help me. If you are on a budget, this a great place to stay.

This is the best budget hotel by far if you need a quality sleep before taking flight early in the morning and of course a high speed internet, but still you got what you pay for, you only get 1 bread and a coffee/tea for a breakfast, not to worry there are plenty of restaurants in the airport.

There are some better hotels near by, but when they are all full on Friday night, you can stay here. Don't expect much, this is just a transit hotel.

Price was reasonable for the area (happened to be the best that was available the night I stayed, though I know that a few others tend to be cheaper when they have rooms). Close to the airport, though a few other options are a bit closer. Room was small, but for a single night stay between flights it was totally fine. Bathroom was nice, but a bit cramped. I think larger rooms are available but I'm not 100% sure on that. They do not have a restaurant on premises, so no room service. However, the front desk staff helped me order McDonald's for delivery, so that was nice. They have a Roti'O (café/bread shop) on the ground floor that I've been to prior and it was delicious. Apparently they give you a Roti'O bun for breakfast, but only after 6 when it opens, so if you've got to leave before then to catch a flight, like I did, you won't get that benefit. For a cheap, quick, basic hotel it served my needs fine.

Key negative point is: No toilet in room
Comfortable mattress, pillow
Just outside of gate 5.
