Had a horrible experience with AirAsia Indonesia at CGK airport . We paid for luggage , made sure all the Carry on luggage was the correct size and when we got the gate the guy there did not like that I had 3 bags with me as I was carrying bags for my young children . When he understood that I am within my weight and number of bags limit , he suddenly has a problem with one of the fruit trays I had . Please note that all this has gone through security scans 2 times . So he tells me that there are of big size . I asked him for the limit in dimensions and he refuses to tell me the limit . I am sure that it is within the limit . Now he changes the story and says that there are nails and it is dangerous. When I asks to talk to the supervisor or someone else who can tell me about the security issue that he is saying, he refuses and mocks at me that I will miss my flight . I had to leave my fruit tray and board the flight .
Such Sarcasm , terrible way to talk to customer no feeling for customers who are following the rule should be unacceptable. I hope someone take notice of this . This happens at CKG , gate E4 at 2:30 pm , I was boarding flight AK 385 to KUL .
